probobly the worst service iv ever gotten at a ra shop store, no one seemed to really care or know anything about what it was that they were selling, i came in trying to get uwell pods for my vape and the guy ended up selling me the wrong thing and the box was already opened so he could have shown me in the first place so i ended up just leaving the box of the wrong coils on the counter and walked out, no one tried to resolve anything or even exchange the 5 dollars i wasted for the coils

If your employees can't hear me.. maybe turn the music down and not ask a customer to repeat themselves 5 times. Also update: I live in the quarter and a employee was standing outside the door 11 mins before y'all were suppose to close and refused I could go in just to get cigs.. don't advertise online y'all close at a listed time and refuse service before then.. anybody needing late night cigs just go to Verti Marte or Quarter Master.
