We have been going into this store since it opened for lunch breaks. Last night at 11:00pm the 2 cashiers were very disrespectful and cursing at customers. Our coworkers and us go in to that store and to be treated like that is just wrong. We will no longer be giving you business as long as them 2 ladies are working there.

Bought 2 monsters, didn't see the buyb2 get 1 free. Went back grabbed one and asked the worker if it was cool if I just grab another, he then said I would have to through a whole refund just to grab the free 1. Would of been a lot easier to just let me take the free 1.

Breakfast stuff was not put out because the kitchen staff member didn’t show so I asked one of the employees if she was to them out she said no. Anyway she said no one showed but yet pizza and wings chicken tenders and bites were being put

About 4:58 or so I went in the store to purchase gas along with my other purchases I go outside the pump is not prepped as it always is when you prepay so I have to walk back in let her know she didn't put the pump on she says the cashier

So this is my go to gas station been really good and close by the house, I understand self checkout to make everything go faster but there were no bags, no one at the cashier, go to the hot food section and wait and ask and let them know

I go to this location daily, fuel prices & location are convenient to my truck parking. In my opinion 2 out of 6 of staff are great at their job. Others are simply miserable & sadly the customer pays the price with poor customer service.

I had a very good experience at racetrack on Pritchard Road. My friends and I stopped there for lunch. I really appreciated the cashier (Bruce) customer service. He was courteous and polite. He was all about the customer being satisfied.

Coming right next door to this RaceTrac is a new Tru by Hilton Hotel being built as I type this comment. A four-story 82-room hotel at Pritchard Road and Interstate 295. Something new for the area. I stopped by this RaceTrac today

management here is awful they don't even have control of their parking lot they let truckers park in the driveway blocking people from getting in-and-out they have no control over the store

This place is ridiculous. They are on the phone half the time, nobody can answer a question not even the manager...
