Poor service. Took some shoes in from Christmas to exchange. The manager Stephanie at first told me no problem and I spent over an hour walking around finding the right shoes. After allowing me to walk around for an hour looking for new shoes. When I brought him up to the counter first she told me that one of the pairs of shoes that I brought in they didn't carry. After I pointed to him on the wall she's like oh well we can exchange these they've been worn because they had a little Pebble in the bottom of them. I said well I had to try them on and they hurt my feet so I'm bringing them back. She would not allow me to exchange them then tried to say the same thing about the second pair of shoes. I will never spend another dollar with the Rack Room. You're better off going to Payless because all of their shoes are several years old in style and even though it looks like you're getting a deal you can get them cheaper on Amazon!

They have a variety of brand name shoes and all different sizes for men, women, and children. They are reasonably priced and everytime I have gone they have a BOGO sale going on. I'm only giving 4 stars because sometime shoes are on the wrong price tag (second time this has happened). I'm thinking I'm going to pay that price and it turns out to be more then I expected to pay. They do not change the price just because it's in the wrong spot. Which I think is unfair! Me as a customer read the tag to the best of my ability of knowing about shoes, but I don't know enough about the name of shoes so how was I supposed to know that the shoe was in the wrong place. I'm just saying: prices should be honored even if it was in the wrong spot and a sales associate saw it and was with me at the time. The shoes are cute that I just paid the extra. I still think it was unfair!

And getting 2 pair for the Price of 1 I'm really Happy But the Really Prize is will here I was able to pick up 2 pair of Men's Boot's for my Husband that were also on the same sale & he also loved his & they are as equally as sharp as mine & if possible he as over the Moon about both his pair of Boot's as I am about mine! DOUBLE SCORE

I had a wonderful experience tonight with returning and buying new shoes. The Assistant Manager was so kind and helpful- he was patient with my kids being kids and helped us find what a picky 5 year old wanted! Just wanted to say thank you for a great experience! Shopping with two kids is often stressful, usually I don't even go in to a store but Ron (I think that was his name!) was so kind and patient with us that I left in a better mood than when I arrived! We will for sure be back for more shoes!

There was an older lady, I think the manager who was helping a customer who had a thick accent. Her interaction was kinda rude and rolled her eyes like omg...and eventually walked away and helped at the counter and was very pleasant there. As a customer I was uncomfortable for the lady and normally don't write bad reviews unless I fell it's warranted. But, in the service industry you have to be patient and talk in a way that they understand and you understand.

A national corporation should be able to change their hours online before they print off copy paper and change and put hours on the front door. People depend on the Internet to tell them when things are open and close and when I drive across town to come to your store at 8 PM and the Internet says you close at nine but you have employees in there who Don’t even say anything when we knock on the door and it’s 815. It’s very frustrating.

What a fantastic experience! This is undoubtedly one of the best shops for Mexican pottery that I have ever been in. I highly recommend Del Sol to anyone who loves Mexican pottery. The couple who have the shop are so helpful and friendly. I will always visit this shop when I visit my son and friend in Keller. I found some treasures to take back home to Lubbock!

Rack Room Shoes had some really great prices on quality shoes. The employees were friendly and helpful, even though the store was packed and hectic. The only downside is trying to find the right box to match the shoes you see on display. Other than that, it is a great place to buy shoes.

Came into the store around 7pm tonight and did a paypal order because I didn’t have my card so it was a pickup order. It wasn’t showing in the store just yet so The nice man was very helpful even calling corporate so I can get my shoes and leave sooner. Thank you

Less selection than the Tanger store but still plenty to choose from. The staff is friendly at this location and they typically have the store fairly clean and organized. 4 stars since we usually have an issue with finding our sizes at this location.

I walked into the store with the intent to at least buy 4 pairs of shoes. I walked in, the guy at the register never spoke. Okay....well maybe he's somewhat busy? ( I'm the only one in the store) I walked around the store about 20

This is a great place to buy shoes at affordable prices. They have my favorite brands: Jessica Simpson and Nine West. And now they have a brand called Michael!! And I love them. They started carrying my size and my style. I love it!!

Absolutely worst customer service ever... Rep Stephanie would mock and fling her arms around with disgust for "difficult customer returns" She even attempted to belittle me in front of other customers. Disgusted....by her attitude!

They don't have a lot of sizes! And they changed their bogo sales on buy one get one 50% off. Not sure because of the economy and prices going up. But it's okay to come here for some work shoes.

This place isn’t huge, but always has a nice selection. I looked 3 other places for brown dress shoes and finally found what I wanted here. They usually have a buy one get one half off sale too.

The assistant manager, Brian, keeps us coming back to this store! He is awesome, helpful and always in a great mood! He knows his products and always helps us find the right shoes!

Nick was always ready to help and was not a slacker he called another store to check if they had a pair of shoes we were looking for specifically he is the bomb

I like that they constantly have the bogo half off sales. I have not really been able to find much that I like lately though for a price I'm willing to pay.
