Something always seems a bit lost in translation whenever I visit, whatever I ask for or whoever I deal with but never calamitously so that I haven't persevered. I visited just after their opening and tried to take advantage of an offer advertised on Gumtree. Apparently, I'd visited in the wrong day. The facilities were good, if a little too spacious but the massage that I received was of an acceptable standard, even if I didn't feel particularly stretched. But then, I don't remember being asked how firm I wanted the treatment. Another ok visit this year with an acceptable standard of treatment but I saw their spa bath afterwards and asked for details. There's a body scrub massage with salts where for an extra £10 that includes an extra 15 minutes in the bubble bath. I tried to book one by text but had no reply so just walked in. The fee, including extra £10 was taken and I was left to my own devices in a standard treatment room, wondering what next. What happened is that I was handed a mobile phone to speak to someone apologising that the body scrub treatment wasn't available today. Ho hum. O well, a regular treatment would have to do. And then more waiting so it's almost 30 minutes since I paid my money when the lights go down and my masseuse arrives to start. Again, nothing wrong with the treatment but I'm not stretched very much before it's all over and the lights go on. When I check my watch, the treatment was closer to 45 minutes, not 60. I voice this on my way out and I'm asked what time I came in. There's some to-ing and fro-ing amongst them until they apologise and ask for another chance. Dice rolled and I successfully book by text, agreeing to discount the price. On arrival, there's a tiny road bump on cost and I give up trying to get anything for being short-changed on time last time as I don't want to get things off on the wrong foot. I'm told to go up to the top floor and a couple's treatment room, that has the spa bath in the corner. I'd assumed that the bath was the start of the treatment to get rid of the grime from outside but no. It actually makes sense to use the bath to wash off the salt and oil afterwards. The actual body scrub massage all goes well and to time. The bath is run during the last 10 minutes or so and when everything's over, the masseuse leaves me to hop in and chill out under the bubbles. All very civilised. I wouldn't repeat the body scrub every month but I'd certainly do it again every once in a while. Hopefully, if I keep coming back I'll get used to them and they'll get used to me.

how many times am i allowed to say wow? or amazing, or incredible? anywayz... had our first visit today, wow. the bad.. girls were late turning up, even though the parlour had been open an hour n a half. n we got overcharged - which i will talk to him about next time we visit.. and there WILL be a next time. the good.. where do i start? i could mention that my skin is sill tingling an hour and a half later. or that my skin is also softer than its ever been. We booked a couples massage, head n shoulder massage and face massage.. (the websit doesnt allow you to book massages so that both partners get the same.. but its not their website, its a 3rd party site that takes the bookings.. n needs to alter their system to accommodate couples.) we parked outside on the extra wide pavement n were there 2.5 hours n no ticket, yeah, but I can't say there will always be spaces, then went into a nicely arranged reception. After a few minutes we were led upstairs to room 7, comprising 2 massage tables and jacuzzi (unfortunately not working on our visit) undressed and then waited.. n waited. A really nice young lady popped her head round the door to say sorry for the delay, and a few minutes later came back with another masseuse. Next thing this young lady is climbing on top of me at the start of what became THE best massage of my life. My old bones have been twisted n bent every which way that's good and my muscles are so relaxed that I have to consciously think about climbing stairs. For something that was totally spur of the moment, with little expectation of either great service or results I cannot reccomend Raadaran highly enough. I got the perfect massage for me (not too deep but not tickly either - incredibly relaxing and pampering.) as did my beautiful wife (who prefers a far deeper, harder massge) and I cannot wait to go back. So why not 5 stars? broken jacuzzi - being overcharged - tardiness. hopefully those will not be issues in future visits, which I intend to make frequently. At time of typing this review a couple massage costs 75£ n lasts an hour. we have benn to other places and been charge 50£ each for 30 mins n 10£ extra to have them together @2020 prices!

Had back pain and have been looking for a proper Thai massage place to alleviate my pain. 1 year ago I was working and I jolted my side and it started to have this pain running down my leg and there is a pain around my pelvic area. Somehow when I try to stretch it feels like something get stuck and it gets painful. Had 12 Chiro sessions before it helped but did not completely take the pain away and it eases a little but the pain kept coming back. Had 2 sessions of 2 hours every fortnightly and there has been a big improvement around my pelvic area. I am so entirely grateful. My partner has a problem with his shoulder as he pulled his shoulder due to MMA. He never had it seen to. Already had Chiro session, it did help but now he is just getting his massage to keep his body in check. We have both now a routine of 2 hour massage session every fortnightly booked and we have the sessions done together. So the best massage place to alleviate our pain due to working hard, loosen up any tense muscles and just relax. It’s our treat. Lovely place, lovely and wonderful staff. Professional. Once you find the right place you just keep coming back and we have. So happy with the results.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Whole place smells of damp and there’s no holes for your head so you can’t breathe properly with your face down / are just uncomfortable (the opposite point of a massage). The worst part was though, I booked in for a back massage due to pains in my back.. she nodded when I pointed to specific areas I wanted her to walk on, and then proceeded to spent 55 minutes on my legs and arms and less than 5 minutes on my back. I tried to speak to her after but got shooed away. Left in tears, so much pain in my back, even worse than before due to having to strain my neck up so I could breathe at times during the massage. Tried to talk to the salon after and they refused to give me a refund, but offered me another massage (?). I will not be going back here, there’s plenty more cheap and actually really great places in north Manchester / town.

It's my second time to Raddaran Thai Massage and the owner and all the staff made me feel very welcome with their very warm and friendly manner. Raddaran is a wonderful new spa with exceptional cleanliness and very spacious therapy rooms. I really enjoyed the very high standard of professional massage on my first visit with Nicky and on my second visit with Nadia. It's really great to see such kind and caring staff who take immense pride in providing a top-quality massage. It was without a doubt the best experience I've had of a Thai massage. After my massage I felt rejuvenated, it really helped to loosen up my tense muscles and all my aches and pains were completely gone. I will be going back there on a regular basis, and I would highly recommend to anyone trying the Thai massage at Raddaran.

Im really sorry but unfortunately I had a bad experience. I did ask for a traditional Thai massage but I asked for it to be relaxation and I did say I’ve recently given birth via C-section so I didn’t want too much pressure or stretching, but that’s what I got and now my body hurts more than ever. I have very sore muscles, joint pain and a sore back every time I move. Raising a newborn baby has been really hard for me and it’s caused me to get sore back from breastfeeding etc, so I just wanted to relax and be stress free but I’ve come out of it feeling more tense and really sore. Don’t get me wrong, the atmosphere is great and the staff are so friendly. But I’m just so disappointed that I’ve left feeling more in pain than I started :(

Couples massage £75 1hr best deal by miles for what you get. Nush started on me and she was amazing and then had to step out so I got another amazing lady As a curvy woman she did her thingthe bars on the sealing are a new deal. My partner had Nush and laying beside him let me just say she was born for this no lie, I heard bones cracking and he was moaning lol we coming back! Wish I bought cash tip it was that good

Great value for money. Perfect experience for a pampering time, to wind down and relax. I did a pamper package which includes a full body scrub, jacuzzi, foot massage and the lady added a bit of Thai body stretch to the package. I was served by Nuch, a friendly, very experienced and professional masue. Next time I'm gonna come back and try the Thai Massage as it seemed professional and authentic. Five star.

Extremely disappointed. I booked a massage recently to find that, when I arrived, they had not seen my appointment and there was no one available, despite receiving an email to say it was confirmed. I paid £15 to get there in a taxi for nothing at all and to make it worse, they did not offer to rebook my appointment or any compensation. They simply said “come back another time”.

I had melissa who gave me the best deep tissue massage I have ever had. Her colleague was very unprofessional during the massage as we had a couple session. She said Melissa was getting sacked that day and criticised the massage she gave me. However, after 100s of them in the uk and Dubai, Melissa certainly gave the best one. Foolish company if they let her go!

I went here with my partner today, it was my first time getting a thai massage and i loved it. They're so accomodating and make you feel very comfortable by asking you if they should be lighter as such. I really appreciated their efforts. I will be coming back here every month or 2 months that's how much i loved it and would recommend for singles and couples.

Visited to get some help with a recent sciatic pain flare-up. The therapist knew exactly where to find the pain points and was polite, professional and thorough in both her massage technique and careful use of hot stones. It was quite painful but I suppose no pain no gain. Was impressed with the massage treatment and would definitely consider a return visit.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced the woman was so rude and aggressive she even swore at me walking out. I am in shock, never have I experience such bad customer service. If I could give this zero starts I would however they don’t have that option. Would strongly advise to avoid - very aggressive and rude - no respect.

Visited Raddaran today. New premises, nice decor, plenty of interior space, free parking. Had a 60-minute massage from the friendly Sophia who has clearly been professionally trained and knows how to manipulate the body's soft tissues to allow the muscles to become supple again and to make me feel healthier.

First time visiting. Lady at reception was very friendly. I was treated by Monika who was fantastic, caring and attentive. She made sure I was comfortable and the pressure was acceptable. It was lovely to have a chat with her and a laugh. Great pricing and massage. Highly reccomend, 5 stars.

Masseuse really knew what they were doing. Was able to find my problem areas without telling them. Be warned you may ache alot after a few hrs later but you're meant to with a decent massage. The next day and after I felt so good in every part of my body!!

On an ice cold room I had my massage from an unprofessional woman said dip tissue massage and charge me extra fiver for no reason. Absolutely ridiculous not worth of the money at all. Unless you are loaded.
