Overall the drivers are very good. Even today the driver was very professional and we reached the destination on time. Only issue is with follow up, 10 different ladies call from different numbers to follow up for a single booking, and if you face any difficulty, none of them will help. Even today, I shouted at 2 of them because they were constantly calling. One more feedback, the application shows sharing taxis and taxis having lower fare, but when you actually book any of these, you'll receive a call from the team that this is not available, the least we can offer is zest. If the lower fare vehicles are not available then you shouldn't show them on the application! Only good thing is that drivers are punctual and professional.

I am not satisfied with the service of the staff this time.They do not send the confirmation message and even after calling several number of times they don't receive or inform you if your taxi has been cancelled. At the airport they will ask you to give extra money and then only will they allot you any vehicle. I was happy with their service last time as it was smooth but this time it's really bad. Please inform your rates beforehand so that we can make alternate arrangements via train or other modes..do not hold any customer and waste both your and their times. Kindly work on this issue else the drivers are really good and will make you reach your destination on time.

Overall service was good and driver was also very professional. However one thing why I wouldn't recommend is the owner doesn't allow the drivers to drive above 80 even in a clear highway. So the driver needs to maintain the speed of 70 to 75 just so that he doesn't need to pay from his pocket. And the journey which takes around 2hr to 2hr 15min will automatically be longer by 30 mins approximately. You can observe small cars like alto waving bye to you for nearly 3hrs. So that's the only disappointment. Also since it is booked from airport it's little higher priced than normal taxis.

Worst experience!! We booked a cab from ranchi airport to chaibasa and we were two guys!! They didnt even drop us 1Km apart!! And den started asking extra money 1000 rupees for it!! Such a bad experience!! At the end we had to get down and book a auto for such a small diatance!! And the cab was not even yellow plated..should i complain this now to the officials? Rahul travels doesn't confirm the booking for small cars. They keep the passengers in waiting. If u call to confirm they demand extra money and say all small cars booked already. This has become their habit. So before booking with them just think twice as after paying for sedan cars passengers finally get the small cars. This whole drama is to extract money from the passengers.

Service is very prompt and promising but the condition of vehicle used was very pathetic. Breaks were not good enough to drive on highway but good thing that driver was smart enough to control speed with shifting gears. Everytime this will not help as the area operated between Korba & Raipur has huge traffic of heavy vehicles. Need to improve on vehicle conditions specially.

The service provided by them was extremely good and satisfactory. Driver was very professional and overall ride was pretty smooth even when the road was not in good condition. Car's condition was good. I would definitely recommend people to choose this option in future. Customer care was very responsive and immediately called back when in need.

Bilaspur to Akaltara one way 1000 rupees ..it was good experience as the vehicle provided was also good . It was Honda Amaze due to non availability of Zest ..overall good in 1000 rupees with 50 km & 1 hour time limit ..last time i travelled same distance 1500 rupees but now i think they have reduce charges which is pretty good

Hi, I have been coming for the last six years but always had my own taxi from Hazaribagh. This is the first time i have taken cab through Rahul Travels and the service was good. Hope you provide the same service from Hazaribagh to Ranchi Airport and that too on sharing basis.

Overall experience is good. However, within a year their rates have been increased very sharply. Thought it says "one way taxi" the price is very much similar to two way services. Just a year ago I travelled to a location in 1500, now it's 2500 for around 120km.

Disaster Service again. Booked Vista and paid amount in advance To 2559. But at the time of travel they told me Vista is not available. Then i have to pay Rs 1000 extra and got Zest. Disaster service. Customer care is not able to solve the issues.

I booked cab from Ranchi Airport for Hazaribag and then I requested to extend my trip to Giridih. They informed me wrong fare at the beginning and then called me after 2hrs to pay more as due to some miscommunication, we have informed wrong fare.

It was good vehicle and clean driver was mannered but there is 2 problem : 1- Double drop was not allowed even when I traveled 300 km 2- it was not one way cost as i traveled 300 km at approximate 5000 cost …
