One of the worst self car wash stations I've been to. Machines constantly eat money without registering (has happened to me a couple times), super old equipment that sometimes doesn't function (happened once). Soap options don't even spit out soap (always). My vehicle came out dirty after spending 15 bucks ($3 eaten by machine then switched bays) I'll will never recommend and I won't be back. save money and time and use your garden hose. You'll get the same or better results by doing that then using this carwash. I wish I could give less then a one star review

When I go to this self care car wash, sometimes on the soap settings there is a lot of soap - which is great for cleaning. Sometimes there is not enough soap which is disappointing when you want to wash your car. Sometimes the-soap and rinse water leaves a residue mess causing streaking when drying with a micro fibre towels. Yesterday March 6, will be the last time I use this wash, left a mess on my car. Also I own 3 cars of which I wash by hand. So I will look for another wash, who wants my business .

Went to wash my car. Started off okay, got the car all soaped up but with almost 5 minutes of time remaining, I went to rinse the soap off and the hose wouldn't work. Went to find someone working, knocked on all the doors and nothing. Had to go to the gas station beside it to get more money,as I no more cash, just so I could change bays and pay more money so i could rinse off my car.

The car wash did not produce any of the chemicals promised on the dial- white-wall cleaner, soap, wax, you name it. Just water. When the fluids are working, this is a good car wash, but not always reliable. They did, to their credit, refund my money. The cashier at the associated Esso was friendly and apologetic.

This place has two change machines. The first one just spits your bill back at you. Doesn't matter what orientation or how many times your try, which in my case was around 10. The second machine was dead, so needless to say, I went somewhere else.

I would highly recommend nobody goes to this car wash.last time I was there only four of seven settings worked nothing low-pressure worked at all. If you try and get a refund they are no help whatsoever do yourself a favour and go somewhere else

Was at rainbow car wash upper paradise in hamilton Saturday oct 28 ,end bay . Used my credit card which now appears as a charge for $6.00 . Nothing happened . So I went to there cash machine and change my bills to cash, worked fine, car

This is the worst do it yourself car wash in Hamilton. Save yourself some money and go anywhere else. Half of the equipment is broken or covered in dirt/grease which gets on your car, the other half doesn't even have soap in it.

One of the best car washes in the area. Practically no lag in between soaps & steady pressure at different levels and soft cloth towels available onsite. Being able to tap for more time instead of coins is the best part!

Terrible! $12 For soap that looks like shaving cream and comes out in clumps. And a water pressure that is next to none! So I had to pay extra to get the soap off and still left with soap on my car! Not happy.

Don't use Bay 3. The hose is broken. I got soaked. Not fun in winter. Also when I told the clerk in the store that Bay 3 needed to be closed down he just said sorry about that. No refund. No nothing. Dreadful

Went there today for the first time and there was no soap, foam brush wasn’t dispensing any soap AND the spot free rinse was out as well. Put in $12 for just wax and water. There’s memberships for this place?

They need to do maintenance and fix their broken equipment. Bay 3 did not have working prewash spray. Brush was not foaming or soaping up. Will not come back here as they can't maintain their equipment.

No soap coming out when I went today. Was washing my car with water for 5 minutes. If I wanted to do that I would have used my hose at home. Overall would not recommend and will not be coming back.

I added 6 bucks when it hit the last minute. It just stopped working . Not impressed. The power on the spray was weak . I rinsed the car for 3 minutes it still has residue. Won't be back .

Easy access to this place . You always get a spot ,but make sure to carry some change as there is no Visa machine on the spot. However, there is a change machine installed for your bills.

The vacumes had poor suction, the machine to buy armorall wipes is broken, and some guy was there begging for change, it was like ringing a dinner bell when I used the change machine.

Minimal bays that are not as enclosed as expected with a high volume of cars; always busy. Outdated vacuum system compared to other similar businesses. Good in a pinch.

Car brush 2nd bay from the left doesn't work no sign on it. Moved bays after being reimbursed by staff at Esso, no soap out of brush in next bay; VERY POORLY MANAGED!

Quiet with available bays but soap not always abundant. Facilities not always clean and could benefit from some modernization. Price however reasonable.

Don't waste your money. Everytime I go there either there is no soap in the wand or brush. It used to be a good place for a quick wash.

The attendant at the self serve such a friendly and nice young man,unfortunately I didn't get his name. I will be going back.

It's a hit and miss with this car wash , definitely could use a new a advanced auto spa in the Ancaster area...

Gas here was roughly 10 cents higher than across the street.. there is no need for that surely?

Timmies drive thru always packed and inside is slow as well and line up never makes sense
