"I visited to see a comedy show"
"Went here as part of a stag weekend was supposed to be the highlight we had steak too which was excellent I've knocked off 1 star as it didn't end been the highlight as one of our group wasn't allowed entry his membership had expired because he hadn't been in so long and his driving license was out of date ruined what should have been an all night casino visit and turned it into a rushed meal and a quick £100 on roulette big shame really as we had all come from quite a distance and all had a lot of money to spend luckily PRISM is just around the corner I'm not sure of what the laws are regarding gambling but I'm pretty sure even the police would take an out of date driving licence as proof of who you are and I've used an out of date passport as proof of identity for work there should be ways around this even if he had to wear a dayglow bib forbidding him from gambling"

"Absolutely shocking"
"Been going here for 12+ years"
I visited to see a comedy show. Several of the staff were delightful, but it was a bizarre venue. The lighting at the comedy was awful just a single spot from the front. The bar at the back of the room was better lit than the stage! Hopefully they will look at this for future comedy events. The acts were well chosen I thought. However, the actual casino had many drunk men in it and there was a quite aggressive atmosphere in the casino, even early on a Saturday evening. You got the impression this was normal rather than a one off. Several of them made it into the comedy night and frankly did their best to spoil it. Which they achieved at the start they left to go back to the main casino for the second half. The evening included a free £5 bet at the end of the comedy. The people playing the games were losing lots of money and really didn't seem to be having much fun. I found this quite upsetting. Again the staff were very professional in dealing with the players. All in all an educational evening but not one I'll be keen to repeat too soon.

I attended the poker experience with a party of 8 guests. It was £15 per person and for that we were getting a drink, food and 2 hours of poker. Our evening started at 8pm and we were first shown our table. It was shortly followed by a drink order and the poker commenced. It was relaxed as a few of us had never played before and the dealer along with my experienced guests offered help along the way. Every 20 mins I think we had a new dealer. All the dealers were professional, kind and approachable. After our session at 10pm we ordered burger and chips and then went into the casino to play for real on other tables. We left at 12pm after having a fantastic night. Totally recommended giving it ago, it's great value for money and a fantastic experience.
Absolutely shocking. This casino has an air of decay and neglect. Broken roulette computer boards that never get repaired. Lifts of which there are only 2 but one is broken the other is painfully slow. Some staff are brilliant but their efforts are let down by a few who are arrogant , rude and insulting. I go to a casino for the enjoyment Winning is a bonus but the way this casino is managed they have completely lost sight of providing an enjoyable experience. It seems as though their only consideration is your money and not the person carrying it. I will never visit this casino again unless things change drastically. If you want a good night out please heed my warning and go elsewhere.
Been going here for 12+ years. It’s slowly been getting worse and worse. To the point where it’s not an appealing place to visit anymore. The lifts to enter are pretty much permanently out of service meaning you have to walk up 4 floors of steps, through urine stinking stairwells. Once in the casino half of the TVs do not work (none work in the poker room) meaning watching any sport is difficult. the selection of beers at the bar is basic to say the least, and the last pint of Stella I had was warm. Food is also basic and not great quality. It’s got so bad I felt compelled to leave this review. I have enjoy this place for many years previously, but sadly not any more.
We are regular visitors to this lovely casino - but disappointed last Tuesday as the promo tickets for £20, which is between 7-9pm had already gone at 8.30pm. We struggle with the stairs as the lift has been out of operation for a long time - my partner had a medical issue which makes it hard for him to climb up the steps. We often play on the 10p roulette terminals - unfortunately several of these are constantly out of order - it would be great if they could be repaired as there is always a queue waiting to use the ones that work. We really love coming here though - the atmosphere is brilliant and the staff are kind and helpful.
Not a place I would go to again. Used to be a good casino to have a drink and play lightly but now prices are increased 4 folds since Covid which is not justifiable, unless you are a serious gambler and ready to throw and burn a lot of money, do not go if u want to have fun. The place is run down, not much going on and the atmosphere is dead. Main entrance check is shut with low light. Everybody had to use the fire escape stairs to reach the top floor and to be welcomed by some cheap tables in a big hallway to check in. It is like a temporary setup which is not I was told. Cheap setup and too expensive for what you get.
Shocking place!! Staff are rude and unwelcoming, i used to enjoy coming here, it’s abit of a drive but was always worth the trip, however the last time I went the staff was abrupt and rude on reception, I asked to speak to a manager twice and was just told they would say the same so there was no point? In the end I walked across the road to the grovsner and the staff where pleasant, welcoming and food was great! I would never return to rainbow casino after feeling embarrassed and belittled! Really disappointing!
It's alright and you know what you are getting. Me and my friends had a poker package and it went well. They helped with teaching us the game even with a new dealer learning the ropes. There where members of our party that did not turn up and although we where not offered a refund they turned that to a bar tab and that was a nice gesture. The snacks are great and more like a meal, very filling. Atmosphere was a bit low but maybe that was due to the time in the day that we went.
I came here for a Christmas dinner with my family since we are all adults and can't see eachother Christmas Day. It was a very good night! The food was amazing, the servers Zac and Lisa were super nice and made sure we had everything we needed. It was very easy to plan the night on the phone with Matilda who was very welcoming and we also really enjoyed being taught blackjack and roulette after our meal. Highly recommended.
Drinks way too expensive, night club prices for a casino, please change this we are already gambling!! 50/50 with staff, sometimes good sometimes rude. Food is good and well priced. The casino itself is below average. There is no loyalty scheme, and most of the machines are older ones no aircon, I melt half the time. Returns gambling are what you would expect from a casino.
I arrived at 3.15 after checking on line, the closing time which is 4am. I was refused entry and the explanation I received from the door staff (of which there was 3) was that they all have homes to go to. The casino clearly states on the posters outside and.on the website that closing time is at 4am. Extremely disappointed. The staff really let this establishment down.
I travelled from Hereford to The Bristol to play there, the front of house was good with fast registration, the casino floor was a excellent lay out, with some superb blackjack tables, got to know the dealers liked 3 of them, a very fair and professional service no food because of lack of staff, i thought it was great, free coffee played for 5 hrs, and loved it.
Nice place been coming for years, never had a problem here until last night. After coming back from a cigarette I was told I was too drunk to enter. I had 3 beers that night... Some drunk guy was speaking to me when I was outside. The bouncer probably thought I was with him. I tried to explain the situation but he was having none of it. Won't be going back.
I had a really good time here. The staff are lovely and very respectful even if it is your first time and are not sure on all the rules. There is not a massive amount of selection here as its not the biggest casino but its defiantly a good time out. Be careful though as after a few drinks you might forget how much your really putting down.
OK Casino but welcome wasn't great, qualified for a tournament with registration opening at 13:00, although staff were let in no one made any effort to inform us of the opening time, not great when it's 34degrees outside, won't be hurrying back. Redtooth do yourself a favour and find another casino with some idea of customer service …
It used to be good place but not anymore . They don't have lift facilities now one has to take stairs all ways up. Disrespectful and untrained staffs, budget security Not recommended any more. There are other good place to spend money nearby. Avoid it see other reviews they have same comments but company never bother to improve.
I am a regular customer here and honestly I love this casino, coz they got poker here ( tournaments and cash game). Arina who works behind the bar and literally she was handling the whole casino - is absolutely lovely !!! Very polite, fast and she knows what she is doing! 5 stars!!! …
I loved the casino. Free soft drinks beer at £2 a pint. There was a free show on of James bond 007 themed songs free parking The only reason I haven't given a 5* rating is we used the restaurant and the food was extremely poor. Service was poor. So the casino yep great just don't eat in the resturant.
I found the building to be very run down. The toilets were poorly cleaned and the cup holders on the roulette machines had not been cleaned for months with mould growing in some of them. The coffee that I bought was awful. It used to a nice casino but now it is heading for closure.
Good offers, £3 a pint, Match plays and free bets, only do tea, or Coffee no Cappuccino, latte or Hot Chocolate, poor access for months as lifts still broken, got to use stairs, not suitable for all. They surely must be able to fix both lifts then you do not have to rely on one???
Large casino. No membership required. I just wanted a decent coffee whilst playing. Best they could offer was filter coffee, OK it was free but with the number of coffee shops about these days you would think they would do a Latte. Had to leave to find one, punter lost.
Staff were incredibly polite, had a great chat with Casey i believe his name was upon entry, the door staff were also incredibly polite! The only reason for knocking a star off is both entry and service at the bar was fairly lengthy - but overall a fantastic visit!
This is a must to go if you go to Bristol staff exceptionally friendly, food fantastic, loads of tables to spend or win money. Atmosphere very much like years ago when every casino was full will definitely go back. Don't change anything you got it spot on thanks
Slow sign up. Lift out of action. No A/C on very hot day. I'm new to casino and there was no host to explain things. A lot of single roulette machines but the tables were more exciting and staff helpful and friendly at the tables. Free soft drinks is good.
Brilliant midweek night out. Had some great food in the restaurant and the staff were friendly and attentive. Won some dollar on the slot machines so happy with that. Had fun playing roulette. Great vibe I would say the best casino in Bristol.
A great atmosphere with lots of tables to explore. Varied offering of food at the time I visited but the food we did order did taste nice but was a little too expensive. Clean and tidy place with well-presented and friendly staff.
Went as a group as we'd had a great time there years ago. However there are now too many machines for solitary play. Only a few blackjack and a roulette table. Place appears slightly shabby and run down. Won't bother going back.
Great atmosphere in this casino, very professional and knowledgeable staff. They will guide you through your game if you are a beginner but will let seasoned players play their game. Table service on drinks service too.
As a casino its not bad, has a restaurant for food which is alright, prices are standard pub food (10quid for a burger and chips) and you can potentially win it back. Obviously don't gamble more than you can lose.
Loved it... happy hour is a must where you can get £2 a pint. Great selection of machines, friendly staff and a very clean nice place to be. I will be back very soon. Loved every minute of it.
Good place to visit for gambling. No free beer for players. Roulette chips are all almost same colour and sometimes difficult to identify which ones are yours. Has a smoking balcony.
Really helpful renewing membership. Both passport and driving licence out of date , but accepted driver cpc and tacho card as ID. (Along with bank statement for address).
Queued to get in . Big open spaces with people herded around the tables.A cold atmosphere . Did not enjoy my first experience . I dont think I will ever go back.
Nothing ever changes, same machines. Bar staff are extremely rude, its almost like they doing you a favour working. Reception staff are amazing …
Enjoyed my visit here, very relaxed atmosphere with free soft drinks and free entry if you just want to look around and not actually gamble
Reasonable casino. Was there for a poker tournament, so can't comment on the other games. Reasonable food deals and free soft drinks.
Such a shame that they are so hellbent on money making, that they have done away with the texas holdem and 3 card tables
Had to queue for over an hour despite having a booking and pre-paid for the poker experience package. Laughable
Excellent food and great service and choice Left feeling I was in a meat coma highly recommend …
Excellent casino, free parking, reasonably priced food and alcohol and free soft drinks and beverages.
Good 24 hour casino with a range of electronic and table games - as well as regular poker tournaments.
Great place for a night out, managed to lose the mortgage but had a good time all the same
Great friendly staff, didn't win but would defiantly return when next in Bristol area.
Great place to dine, drink and have a flutter if you like. Staff amazingly friendly.
Couldn't find a table to play at, ended up leaving with the money I arrived with
Rude foreign staff! Hard to understand what’s going on at the best of times!
Chilled atmosphere, free soft drinks and very professional
Great place. Foods good. Friendly team.
Kris has been very nice guy
