Well what can I say about Tamika? She is professional, competent, a bundle of energy, helpful, positive, polite, courteous and has many other excellent attributes. Treats you with respect and understanding. There are no stupid questions. Nothing is too much trouble for Tamika. Meeting me at short notice at her office (before it had official opened). Answering my emails and there have been quite a few – even on the weekends. Even assisted me on a totally unrelated property – interstate that would have been of no benefit to Tamika’s business. Tamika and the team at Raine & Horne are an absolute delight to deal with, Sam also helped me out with a rental when I was in a tight spot and Tamika took over and was our property manger, They are both very friendly and easy to deal with, During our inspections Tamika always greeted me with a big smile as I worked at home she would stay and have a chat and that used to make my day!
