The shop owner lacks proper communication skills when dealing with customers. I witnessed an incident where an elderly lady came to buy utility accessories, and he spoke nonsense, treating her poorly. This behavior is unacceptable in customer communication. Coming from a Marwadi family and managing my father's business, I was shocked when the owner used disrespectful language with me. This is not acceptable. I recommend that the owner learns how to talk with customers and trains their staff to communicate properly.
