PERFECT CHAI LATTE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I think during peak coffee period (9am) with a lot of people waiting and ordering, the service is very quick, friendly and efficient. I’ve also had my chai lattes made by the same barista these past few weeks and it’s been really hard finding another place that makes a chai at the same level. It’s sweet, hot and has the perfect amount of cinnamon, I’ve never had a weak chai from here. If you need a place to add to your daily coffee run that’s consistent in what they deliver then this is a good one :)

The tables are not cleaned by the staff. Meat portion in food is good and food is tasty. Bt the prices r $5 over what I would expect in lunch hour. Thats my main issue. $15 burger doesn't include chips, need $3 extra.

The southern Italian staff are so very amazing in their hospitality toward clients! They make me feel I am home! I just took star off because they close so early they should stay longer ☺️

One of the best coffee I have ever had in my life and mind you that was my second coffee of the day so I wasn’t want even craving for coffee. I would love to come here everyday, but unfortunately I live an hour away. Very friendly and place is so clean. I love it. Thank you so much!

You cannot just call a battered fish wrap a fish burrito just because the salad has coriander. But for what it is the wrap was pretty good. Lots of tender fish in crispy batter. Salad is crunchy and fresh. $14 is a bit steep though. I’d be ok if there are rice and beans added…

Great selection of decent food at very reasonable prices. Highly recommended in that regard. The only issue is that it get very busy during the Uni semesters, and then they take a long time to get you food, and they frequently make mistakes.

Great coffee, the buritto and breaky roll are just next level.

If you are a frustrated student at USyd and in a desperate need for some good old food, head to Ralph's and order their penne creamy pesto. Me and friends, eat nothing but that... Totally worth the 11 bucks

Nice venue with fast service. We had almond croissants which were fresh and crisp. My coffee drinking friends say that the coffee is good.

Good coffee. Minimum $5 for using card so no can do for a daily takeaway coffee for those not using cash. That's a shame.

This was a nice cafe with great coffee. Lots of seating indoors and outdoors. Service is quick and staff are friendly.

Not bad, some really good meals, but not enough chairs for customers and sometimes the chairs are messily arranged.

One of the best places on campus, food is expensive but service is normally quick and food is of a decent quality

Great spot , but needs Air Conditioning or huge fans. Otherwise Ralph might loose Fans.
