Professional, helpful and sincere. I have been supporting a terminally ill family member and the team here have been fantastic every step of the way with the support they have given and the service we have received. Nothing is too much bother, the pharmacists and the staff always go above and beyond the call of duty with the service, advice and care. Genuinely good people.

Not only open on Christmas Day. The ladies helped my diabetic mother & daughter out by going above & beyond. My mother had left her glucose meter at home (2hrs away) and became unwell Christmas morning. We went there to get her glucose levels checked. And walked out with so much more. Worst customer service. Scripts take too long to be dispensed even when it's not busy. Also, the pharmacist is very rude to the other staff members. He treats them with disrespect and disregard. Please consider going to another pharmacy like the one across the road if you want good and fast service with a more respectful environment.

They kindly waited for me after I called a few minutes before their 10pm closing time. Wonderful service and fantastic staff greeted me politely even though it was time for them to lock up. My daughter started her antibiotics tonight rather than having to wait until tomorrow morning. Thank you

Although it can get quite hectic at times, i have found the professionalism of the pharmacy to be at a high level. They have always been attentive, kind and caring when I have visited in the past for a range of different things. Definitely would recommend.

Well stocked pharmacy, unfortunately professionalism and administrative competence is almost non existent. They won't even apologise for losing your scripts, issuing incorrect repeats, or consistently forgetting to update your legal name.

Had formula for my brothers kid in stock that everywhere else is sold out in and were significantly cheaper than everywhere else too, excellent customer service everywhere else I asked just hung up on me would definitely recommend

The lady name Rohini, She don’t know how to deal with customers even though as i saw the delivery driver she’s yelling at him too Even she’s not his boss. NOT ACCEPTABLE !!
