I wouldn't consider this as a park itself, I would say it's an extension of Astoria park. The views from there are great. This side though looks like isn't being taken care of much, the garbage cans are overfilled and garbage are falling outside, which causes smell and mosquitoes attraction.
One of my favorite parks in Queens. Has a track, children's playground, and you can have picnics. The beautiful scenery is a bonus with the water and the bridges. Also events like 4th of July fireworks is awesome. It's totally free but get
A sweet little park on the East River. You can start in Astoria Park and continue on along the water to Ralph Demarco and back, for fresh air, sun and exercise. Many people come out with beach chairs, and it's quite often that you see
The scenery is breath taking. I love walking barefoot on the grass here. I do earthing, exercise and meditation in this park. The field of grass here looks very vibrant and beautiful. A very relaxing place to be.
Nice view of the water, bridges, and skyline. Disheveled, dirty, unfriendly vagrants from the neighborhood gave me and my elderly mother angry, mean stares for no reason. Unsafe park. Watch your back.
A nice walk along the water with a good view of the Hell Gate Bridge and the Triborough/RFK Bridge behind it. Nice at dusk/night as the city lights come on in the background.
It's got everything you'd want in a public park! Great for any kind of person, especially runners. The view from the rocks next to the river is magnificent
It's an amazing place to take a break... You can hear the wind, smell the water and feel the love with the sunset while the city lights are turning on.
The breeze off the water, children running and playing, and a BBQ with friends and family made the August Summer Saturday perfect.
It was the perfect day to sit down at the park & eat my LaGuli Italian Ice!! Astoria was a great place to grow up in.
Solid views of the Hellgate Bridge. Would love an opportunity to volunteer with a group to help keep the park clean
Very peaceful place...love to watch all the various nautical ships n boats pass under the bridge.
First time walking around this Astoria area, nice place to relax.
