The Pharmacist in charge deserves as much praise as can be bestowed upon him, as he always looks after his customers. One of my elderly friends uses Ram Chemist, & she receives outstanding service. As an independent business, they really deserve the patronage & I will definitely keep on going back, without question. The Pharmacist (I believe his name is Jay) is both extremely thorough, patient & a truly great man. Congratulations to the team as they all interact well & give a high level of service. I would not hesitate to recommend establishment to anyone. Please support them!!

Chemist wasted my time , hour waited yesterday for a prescription then he said ,order in , come tomorrow, call him , he doesn't have it ,wasted my time , as my baby was really need of the medince, embarrassing customer service,slow ,looks lost , only cares about the regulars , not anyone new , bad experience, wouldn't recommend

Insincere and unprofessional. The owner/staff has long conversations presumably with his regular customers or acquaintances even after dispensing with their orders at the expense of others waiting in the line. Expect unnecessary long waits which could easily be avoided if the focus of the staff was where it should be.

I am living here since 5years. I have known this pharmacy very well. The pharmacist explains excellent about the drugs and their uses. He is very responsible and very patience. The staff working there are really good and very helpful. Everyone working in the pharmacy are with good knowledge.

Absolutely love this chemist. Been coming here for nearly 20 years and the people are so lovely. The man that deals with prescriptions and medication is so nice, humours and has everyone's best interest at heart. I refuse to use another chemist which says it all …

Helpful, quick, knowledgeable and friendly. The staff tries their best to please all customers and provide the best health related advise. Prescriptions are filled quickly and all questions receive prompt educated answers. Prices are also great on all items.

Personally? The best pharmacy in area. The gentleman (tall and thin with glasses) know his medicines and he know what is the best for you. Staff in general is so kind and professional. Very lovely local business which I will happily support!

The staff in the Pharmacy are very welcoming and the pharmacist is always happy to help and goes over and beyond to assist with any concerns. When phoning in the call always gets answered very promptly unlike other pharmacies in the area.
