They really need to work on their customer service skills. It’s a major opportunity. The older lady with the blonde looking hair has a major attitude problem. They don’t talk with the English speaking customers. We don’t know who is doing our hair because they don’t greet you properly. Please work on your customer service skills.

Looks like my original post was deleted from years ago.. Long story short, they "washed" my hair I went home and saw dandruff.. went back to the salon (same day) so they can fix the problem... they say I would have to pay extra... was a customer for more than 4 years and that was the last straw. Service is beyond terrible.

These stylist are not good. All they know how to do is dye, fry and dry out your hair. Unless you dont mind having brittle ends than this salon might be up your alley. Eventually your hair will began to shed and break off. I will not be returning here, besides the stylist are rude and have poor customer service.

My sister just went here today to get a blowout for her graduation tomorrow. She had Sandra who was extremely rude and rough handed with my sister while doing her hair. Not to mention her hair turned out horrible!! She didn’t even comb it all the way through!! Please don’t waste your time or money going here!!!

I had an appointment with another stylist but she was very busy with other clients. So I inquired if another stylist could do my hair, that was the best move I could have made. Falconery, told me she could do my hair. She did a fabulous job!!! I will return.. Thank you Falconery, job well done.

I love this salon. They really took care of me and my hair. They talked with me first and looked at my hair and made reccomendations on what they thought I should do with it. I was able to get the straight hair I was looking for but in a much healthier way. I definitely be coming back.

Ramona Beauty Salon does excellent job and prices are fair. Appointments are booked to close, if you have time restraints. It would also be nice, if they would speak English, with customer base, being a mixture of different cultures. Overall, I will go back again. Excellent blow outs.

The.blow out looked great until i tried to wash my hair and my hair is heat damaged and it’s horrible i almost cried . I even asked about heat protectant products and they informed me my hair would be fine. Now i have to cut my hair to get rid of their damage. TOO much heat gets used

I love the quality of hair care here for thicker, coarse hair. HOWEVER, i strongly suggest you at least understand spanish if you are receiving services at this salon. You always want to be aware if you're getting talked about negatively by staff in a professional establishment.

I see Rose, shes awesome at being her self always and speaking to you with detailed information on products . I cannot speak on the test of the shops employees , I get in get my wash and set and get out its always long for me but my hair is very long so that's the cause.

We've been to Ramona's twice now on a lead from family members. They are a very small hair salon, but the results of my daughter's hair were fantastic! The only downside is how long they take, but it is well worth it when you see the results! We will definitely return!

Lysandra and her shampoo lady have ruined my natural hair. She put something on my her during shampoo/conditioner and now my hair texture is relaxed. Avoid this salon if you have natural black hair. Will report to BBB when back in Jacksonville.
