I was at the hospital attending other issues but was early to my appointment so my partner and I decided to fill some repeats on some scripts that we had. We gave them our scripts, one each, and then waited 15 minutes. They had labeled his script wrong by putting the wrong last name on it, which they corrected. And then we left. A couple months later then I went to go get the script filled again I noticed that they had given me the wrong medication completely which I had been taking. Granted, I should have noticed, but I wasn't expecting that kind of mistake. This place is okay if nothing else is open, but if you have another option, use it.

This place is okay for emergency requirement of medicine if you need to fill the prescription urgently. They are selling lot of items, but beware the price is expensive and when you buying even the standard medicines or antibiotics, these people will be charging twenty percent more than other places. So only go there if you are desperate or have lot of money. Definitely not make the mistake again even though it is local for me.

Out of Harding’s and Ramsay these are the only two pharmacies that are open past midnight. I needed my medications and the pharmacist on duty was more than happy to tell me they had a box in stock. Given the medication I use is quite uncommon it was great they made the effort. The staff at Ramsay 24 hours in Greenslopes were super helpful and kind. I would go back there again if I ever had the need.

Wish I could give 0 stars went today at 10.30pm to get zofran and tami flu prescription meds. they give us an already open pack of tamiflu packet with one capsule missing, common sense would be to give us a discount for it but no they charge us full price and tells us to come back on monday to pick the other capsule. outrageous, poor service will never go back

This place is a disgrace in the pharmacy world, spoke to Dave over the phone just now about insulin flex pen availability. He replied without checking: we don’t have. I asked if you are getting any stock soon, he said maybe. I asked when and he doesn’t know. Didn’t even bother to check. Should stay at home instead of coming to work mate.

I have always found this pharmacy to be really friendly and efficient. It’s amazing when my son is sick in the middle of the night and I can go there to get what I need 24/7. They will generally have all of the advice I need to give me confidence with them and my products.

Brilliant. Went in to buy at 1:30am, store front was open and pharmacist took me straight to what I wanted to buy. You had exactly what I needed in stock for a good price and I was out in no time. Thank you for the good service.

I'm not really sure why this place is shown as a 24 hour pharmacy on Google Maps. This place is not customer friendly. I was asked to wait for 30 minutes by a not so friendly staff when there was no one there.

Nothing like a 20 min drive to get ear drops to not be able to find where this is actually located. No idea where this place is as google maps just leads you to the ambulance bay for emergencies.

Staff member today who was very rude to me and another staff member. The other staff member showed me the product I was after and then walked off. Went up to pay, no one assisted so left

Really lovely staff, can be a bit slow and they don't answer the phone 40% of the time, but they are really good with their customer handling otherwise and are very knowledgeable

Quick and effective, I was going to rate it 4 stars, however the staff didn't mess around and were efficient. Kind of what you want when you need your script done asap.

The staff are always helpful and friendly - even after hours. They have helped me out with late night pharmacy supplies on numerous occassions.
