Having used Randall previously l thought l would get them to undertake another job for me but this was the worst decision l could make. I utilised their services to install a data point within my house, unfortunately nothing but dramas ever since. The workers completed the job however their work ended up completely disconnecting my internet, leaving me to solely contact my ISP to have a technician come out and fix what had been broken. Adding to those woes, after climing into my roof to discover why rain was within my walls and ceilings, l come to find that they've decided to not put the tile back into the roof causing flooding throughout. Honestly this is truly unprofessional and deserving of a 0 star review if possible. I would not recommend Randall anymore.

We recently had the pleasure of working with this electrical company and must say, we are thoroughly impressed with the service. They were quick to respond to our request to move the Tesla charger and they exceeded all expectations with their speedy and high-quality removal and installation. The team was professional, friendly and took the time to explain the process and answer any questions. They also cleaned up after themselves. Called the team at Randall Electrics to assess a client’s cabling due to constant internet dropouts. We could detect nbn service was working to the street however from there the line ran under the house and was inaccessible. Daniel the magician ran a new pair to the property and relocated the communications to where the customer wanted it to be. He also noticed the smoke alarms were faulty replaced them as well as rangehood lights and garage sensor. He was on time, thorough, and cleaned up after himself. Well done.

Appalling service. Failure to provide the service and a very rude and obnoxious girl on the phone who couldn’t handle the conversation, so she hung up on me Terrible! ***Update*** If your going to reply to customers on a review with exaggerated stories and lies, you will do more harm than good to the company. The f bomb was dropped one time, because the obnoxious girl ran her mouth and wouldn’t listen - I’d deal with her in the same way again if the situation was to arise... then you could file 2 reports lol

I had many queries regarding the pending work & Randall Electrics answered each of my questions expediently & professionally in a very friendly manner (complete with an accurate quotation). This enabled me to make an informed decision quickly (despite the fact that I was living interstate) & the actual job was then carried out in exactly the same way as my questions were handled. I have used Randall a few times and had the same electrician come out he is amazing nothing is ever too hard, professional, clean, friendly and well priced. I’ve never been overcharged and would recommend them to anyone. I’m so happy with what they did with my lighting after previously being told it was way too big a job the guys did it without a hitch. The young apprentice Tom was awesome too setting up my security cameras. Thank you guys once again

Randall Electrics team is fantastic. We recently moved to new office which required lot's of work. Electrical lines to install a new kitchen, phone lines, switches etc. Also we had to service the air conditioning. They booked us with in short notice, delivered all the works on time, recommended alternative solutions where required. The business is professional in terms of communication, warranty replacements and customer service. The electrician who came in this morning (Harry) was cheerful, efficient and prompt. Businesses need professionals like Harry. I would recommend Randall Electric and Mercator any day.

Dan did a great job and was helpful. They do try to cross sell extra stuff on their call in, but weren't too pushy and we found their suggestions helpful. Only negative was they didn't use a drop sheet and left a mess on the floor. If it wasn't for that, this would be 5 stars.

The electricians did a great job on replacing around 60 downlights with LEDs. They also did a couple of kind things like replace the bathroom heat lamps and repair the handle on on my front door. I'll definitely call Randell Electric again and recommend to family and friends.
