Sketchy as it comes. Went in for the consultation and was doped into giving him 2K for a bogus review when he told me approx. 22K would settle my problem. Waited an exceptional long time for follow up appt. and had to call him to get that. When I went back he then decided to inform us that 20K was to be his fee and he was going to have our IRS debt of well over 150K settled for just 1k....somewhere down the line within a few years...but he wanted his 20K fee forthwith. I really found it amazing he thought we were this stupid. So basically he wanted 20K to have his secretary transpose some information and to submit for an offer in compromise for our behalf...offering them a joke of 1K while his fee is 20K? Needless to say I am somewhat sceptical of the other reviews in here. I went there to get tax help and instead was faced with getting ripped off of my 2K initial fee as I agree to that on a completely false premise. He did not inform myself that my total cost was going to be over 20K for him and just 1K to settle with the IRS. Otherwise I never would have even paid that....and that charge is being disputed. The experience was no less than an insult.
