We recently went on our first trip to India, and this taxi service made our trip feel very easy and safe. We used this service for three days on a trip from Delhi to Jaipur. This included a 5-6 hour drive to Jaipur, a full day tour (with a separate guide), and then a 5-6 hour drive back to Delhi. All of our rides went smoothly and we got to where we needed to be on all days exactly on time. The car was nice and clean (especially compared to some of the taxis we had later in the trip) and while we only traveled with carry-ons, the SUV we were in could have easily fit some full-sized baggage. Our driver, Murari, was the best. He was a really great driver and was super nice to us. We definitely felt like we were in good hands. We were really sad to leave him on our third day. He was like our Dad in India! I would highly recommend this service if you are traveling from the US to India, especially if you are a first-timer like us.

Amazing Self driven car service provided by RBTS. We were very apprehensive initially when we booked XUV700 for our Kasmir-Leh-Ladakh-Manali trip. RBTS is lot better than any renowned car rental companies, no hidden charges, everything is transparent. We had issue with tyre wear due to alignment issue, Mr Harpal Sing was very sensible and helpful in solving the issue and did not ask for extra money as the issue was from wheel alignment and balancing. Harpal Singh is an amazing person who helped us in every single step starting from booking, planning our trip and handing over the vehicle back. I would definitely recommend this.

5 star service! We used Ranjit Bros Taxi service after being referred by a family member who recommended their service. They provided us with a Toyota Christa Innova for 4 days of sightseeing in Delhi and Agra. Our driver was professional and courteous and knew the city very well. Whatever we needed was taken care of and we got to see all of the major sites. To finish the trip he drove us to Agra (in under 3 hours!) before returning to Delhi. Highly recommend this company!

Booked a Tempo Traveller for my friend's official trip, the owner Mr. Harpal was very down to earth and helpful. I was getting the same Traveller for a very high rate but the owner Mr. Harpal provided us with a very decent price, was very considerate towards our demands and requests too. Best car services in Delhi. Booked SUV Innova for Delhi local sight seeing and Agra to adelhi round trip. Alloted Ajay jain as our cab driver and he is such a sweetheart and gave every detail about the places and suggested us the best south Indian food across Delhi and Agra. Planned the trip very well. We requested to change the car to an automatic with larger boot space on the day before the rental ,they happily did it for us . Car was delivered promptly at IGI T3 Multilevel parking. When we returned the car ,their employee was there to collect it . Deposit was refunded after few days . All good . Excellent Service

My elderly parents were picked up on time from the Delhi Airport and dropped off at Ludhiana with the driver texting me about the timely pick-up and drop-off.

Very bad experience The people of this company are fraud, neither the car is correct nor the driver is correct, they charge money everywhere without meaning, if you take any goods with them from anywhere, then they also have a part in it, my worst tour has been with them.
