In 12/21 I had this company come out to put in a pressure regulating valve on my home. The experience was great total cost $400 w/ 2 yr warranty. This including soldering to put in the new part. They did a great job. Fast forward to 11/23 and had them come out to evaluate it b/c the pressure in my house was high again. Come to find out the warranty is only for labor. The part itself has a 1yr manufacture warranty that I the customer am responsible for. Obviously I was annoyed and seeing as replacing the part would be as simple as unclamping the unions and swapping the part out I thought the price would be relatively low. BOY was I wrong! Total was $825!!! They had to audacity to offer me a $125 discount to $700. To be clear to swap out the same part which the job took me 20 minutes to do my self and the part was $92 dollars from a local plumbing store they wanted to charge me double what it cost to put in the original which is a much more complicated plumbing job. They even tried to charge me there fee to come out and evaluate the issue. They waived it cause I complained. Their excuse was inflations and increase in price parts. This is garbage and makes it so frustrating to trust and find a good plumber. This company now operates under this and Lincoln Air & Plumbing. The guy that came said they merged or got bought out. Moral of the story do your research and be mindful/skeptical of plumbing companies like these. They take advantage of the general publics naiveness as it related to home plumbing issues. If you do have a plumber you trust stick with it but always do your research. I will never use this company ever again and also remember that the warranty usually doesn't mean much so don't take that as selling point.

From the very first phone call to Rapid Rooter about my leaking soft water system, up to the new system installation, everything was professional and timely. Chad took some serious time explaining to me why the system was leaking, how I had a seriously undersized system installed by the previous homeowner, and the benefits of soft water and filtration. Our plumber Chris was super knowledgeable, easy to talk to and did a nice, clean, professional install. Rapid Rooter is a top-notch company that installs quality soft water and filtration systems. We will for sure be using Chad and his company again for other plumbing services down the road.

We hired Chad three times and were happy every time. The first job was a small installation that my husband didn't feel like doing. Chad's price including installation was much lower than we expected it to be. (I hope he made money). So latter when we had trouble with our water filtration system we called him again. We thought that we needed a new system and were ready to buy one. But Chad found a small problem in it and fixed it. If he was dishonest he could have sold us a new system but he didn't. Then we hired him again to do another recent job. He worked fast efficient and clean. We couldn't be happier with his services.

I contacted Rapid Rooter in response to a dangerous carbon monoxide buildup in my home. Chad explained to me the thermodynamics of a water heater and how the heat generated from the flame will actually remove the carbon monoxide. Turns out my 17 year old water heater while functioning had become a danger for my pets and my family. Chad quickly assessed the situation, installed a new water heater, supply lines and a new flue at a competitive price. I highly recommend Rapid Rooter Plumbing and will continue to use for any future plumbing needs.

This company hands down is the best! Had an issue and got Absolutely screwed by another company by over $500. They didn't fix the problem and had Chad come out and he actually listened to me and didn't try to sell me something. He showed me what the problem was and explained why it was happening. He explained what he was doing to fix it and showed me what to expect in the next few days. here i am a week later and my issues are fixed only wish i would have called them the first go around.

I would Definitely choose this company. They are Extremely Professional. They were able to fit me in Very Quickly. Their tech Chris was on time in fact he was early which was great for me. He made sure that everything was done exactly the way that it should be , as the previous old hot water heater was not done correctly. I had a pipe burst under my slab causing damage to my laundry room. I called Rapid Rooter on the recommendation of a friend that had used them. Chad was able to reroute the water pipe through the attic, saving the pain and aggravation of having to dig up the slab and then repair the concrete and tile. I was very satisfied with the service and they were also a low bid.

Woke up in the morning to no hot water and a leaking water heater. Called Rapid Rooter 9am and they said they would be out between 2 and 4 that afternoon. At 2:30 Chad showed up and replaced my water heater at a very reasonable cost. When he finished he cleaned up and took the old water heater with him. I would recommend Rapid Rooter from my experience with them

Since moving to the area over 17 years ago, we utilized this firm exclusively. They seem to go "above and beyond" to help with our problems that arise. When they simply cannot assist because of a scheduling issue, they refer us to and arrange for a trusted professional to assist so we are not left hanging. Great service and attention to detail.

Rapid Rooter Plumbing is a Awesome Company, they came in and remodeled my whole Bathroom and Kitchen plumbing. They also put in a water system, we are very pleased with all of the work they did for for us. Today I had them come out to fix several leaks with faucets and add a new valve to my outside water source. They were on time and got the job done efficiently. They worked very hard at trying to figure out what was going on with my banging pipes and kept coming back. Went over and beyond.
