We had our boiler and radiators replaced last week by Rapid Response Plumbing and Heating Company. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Chandan and his talented team especially JP and Sagoo who were working our property with Chandan. They are very experienced and have a very thorough approach to the job; starting with planning the job well from the outset and above all else working very quickly to ensure that the work is completed on time. What I particularly liked is they relocated the new boiler in a much better and safer location than our old boiler. I also was very pleased with their customer care approach as they were eager to get feedback as they did the job and were tackling any issues or changes very quickly in good spirit without asking for additional charges. I would therefore give them 10/10 on the following:  Speed of getting the work done!  Quality of the installation: excellent  Customer care: job was kept very neat at all times; waste removed at the end of the day; they are trustworthy we gave them our keys to finish the job whilst we went to work They are also competitive in terms of their quote and so all-around great guys! We chose them over the other three quotes based on the feedback and I can confirm these are valid feedback on the company and if you are considering them go with them; you will not be disappointed!

I needed a new boiler & Rapid Response put one in for me during the Christmas holidays & with just a couple of days notice. Everything was perfectly done & the boiler is excellent & very easy to use. Their quote was a little higher than another one but they could come quickly & so was happy to pay the extra. JP & Sagar were the installers & did a neat clean job. Their boss, Chandan was excellent in making sure that I was happy & assured me that whenever I needed their help, they were on hand - they are a family run business which I like as they are all working for the same goal. Just as an aside, I need a new fridge & JP & Sagar very kindly helped me to move it from a very tight spot & it took them quite some time which was a very kind gesture & not anything to do with installing a new boiler!

I would highly recommend this company! We had a problem with our office boiler for a couple of weeks, no heating or hot water, and most companies we contacted were not available for a week or two. One other company that came to give another quote was extortionate and couldn't fix it on the day. I contacted Chandan for another opinion and he said he could come to the office the next morning. He had the replacement parts with him in his van and fixed the problem for an extremely reasonable price within a couple of hours. He was honest and hardworking, pleasure to deal with and really friendly. His approach to the job seemed very thorough and he explained to me everything he was doing very clearly. I had been having problems finding someone to change my old boiler and install a new combi boiler. Everyone I talked to would give me windows of two/three weeks before they could come. Then my old boiler fully broke and I found rapid response and they managed to get the job done the next day and for a fair price! They are real hustlers and will do the job well and quick! Rapid Response is run by really nice, warm and friendly people who have a deep understanding of plumbing. They arrived on time, and promptly got to work fixing our plumbing problem. Chad and his team live up to their name with a rapid response. they came out to me on the same day and did a great job at a fair price. GP the engineer squeezed himself into a cupboard to site the boiler in such a way to give us maximum usable space in the cupboard. They removed the old boiler and other rubbish down 5 flights of stairs with no complaints and left the place tidy. Great job thanks so much!

Excellent service. I called Chad on a Saturday afternoon, and he arrived at my apartment very quickly. He did all the necessary checks to my boiler. Chad said he would come back on Monday morning to finish the repair. He came back on Monday morning punctually - and he fixed the problem. He asked for no additional charge for the Monday call. Honest, professional, efficient - highly recommended!

A few years ago we had a problem with our boiler and called Rapid Response. They sorted out the problem very quickly and we have continued to use them to service the boiler since. There were here an hour after I enquired to replace and install an old broken boiler. Perhaps the fastest service I’ve ever received of anything. I’ve had slower deliveroo orders.
