Having previously used PNPM to do a full system installation, including new heaters, storage tank, new boiler install, bathroom fit & kitchen appliance install and new piping throughout the home, I called upon them again to service our boiler this winter. Pareshs engineers were punctual, they called 15 mins before arriving and methodically explained the work they work going to carry out, serviced the boiler, drained the radiotors and also treated them. They ensured everything was fine and more importantly assured us the system was in perfect order for the winter and made a few adjustments. More importantly then that the engineers completely cleaned up and washed down the working areas leaving our home spotless. Highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs.

We had a New Boiler installation after 30 plus years - I did lots of research & had many quotes. We chose Presh as he is extremely knowledgeable & we had full confidence that he would be the right kind of person to deal with if we had any problems. His positive & can do attitude and pleasant manner is the kind of person I know I wanted to deal with. I was extremely nervous about things going wrong especially with an old system however it was utterly problem free. Had I know it was going to be this seamless I would have done it years ago and saved myself a fortune in energy costs. PNPM came to the rescue to replace a failed booster pump without which I don't have enough water pressure to run a shower. They analysed the situation, proposed an improved location and did an excellent job fitting the new pump. They were on time, communicated and consulted well and went above and beyond to ensure not only that the pump worked, but that noise and vibration were minimised and that my experience of living with it would be excellent. They were extremely considerate in how they worked, too - protected the carpets, cleaned up after themselves and took every scrap of waste away. I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

We had a boiler emergency on a late Friday afternoon. Called a couple of companies, left message and no one called me back. Then a neighbour recommended Rare Plumbing and within 15 minutes I was talking to someone who knew exactly what the fault was, told me they should be able to get the part beginning of following week and helped get my immersion hot water heater on. As promised, following Tuesday engineer was over, replaced part and all was fixed within 20 minutes. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you!

Fantastic service from start to finish. Very quick response and detailed breakdown of costs. Two lovely guys sorted electrical and thermostat issues with my boiler and explained all the work and even showed me the old scaled-up elements they replaced. PNPM came to take a look at our boiler at short notice after the company that had originally promised to pay us a visit had gone AWOL.
