Raspberry Lane is my favourite store! They have everything I need for my three year old daughter Ellie. We started going in to Raspberry Lane when they first opened in Richmond. It was such a beautiful little boutique with high-quality items from local and small businesses. We have bought several Jellycats, loads of puzzles, bath toys, beautiful clothing, wet weather gear, gumboots, hair accessories and heaps of toys, including our daughters beautiful wooden dolls house we bought her for Christmas. As our daughter has grown, they have always had something that suits what we need. Ange is absolutely amazing and always extremely friendly and helpful. Georgia has always been very good to us too and Ellie loves her! They always make us feel like valued customers. Even though the Richmond store has now closed and the Moonah store is further away, we still try to pop in as much as possible and ordering online is a breeze. If you sign up for their loyalty program you earn points that get you a store voucher! I love supporting this beautiful business! We LOVE RASPBERRY LANE ❤️

My happy place! I absolutely adore Raspberry Lane Boutique; their exceptional, second-to-none, customer service and beautiful items. Stocking my favourite brands for my kiddos, Jamie Kay (only local stockist!), Huxbaby, Bencer & Hazelnut, Quincy Mae, Mushie, Bibs, Jellycat and so much more. Plus some goodies for mum’s too - like Made to Milk and OiOi. Both Ange and Georgia go over and above for their customers and ensuring they feel welcomed and looked after in store. Online shopping is a breeze and my packages arrive before I can even come up with an excuse to tell my husband Everyone in my life knows about this store because I never stop talking about it

Since discovering Raspberry Lane Boutique in Moonah, I have made it my number one stop for all my baby and kids presents! It’s a great place to have a browse and the ladies there are always eager to help you find what you are looking for. When I’m in a hurry I also love to use their website, it’s so easy to navigate, I can free click and collect, it’s always ready with in a few hours of ordering, packaged beautifully, and that way I can just pop in and out again if I have limited time. Their loyalty program is definitely worth signing up for, and I follow them on instagram as they have competitions and sales regularly.

Always a delight to shop at Raspberry Lane. Usually buy for my just turned 3 grand daughter but today had the pleasure to buy party clothes for her 7 month old cousin. A gorgeous soft tulle skirt in petal was the starting point. The girls always greet warmly, and assist with suggestions and they often have other sizes and items not on display in the store. The little cousins matched beautifully with this new outfit and a beautiful dress for the older one I had bought a little while ago. Thank you Georgia

NEVER AGAIN - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Incredibly disappointing customer service. It took 2 follow ups via instagram and email after a week from my initial purchase to find out the status of my order and why it had not shipped. They then sent a shipping notification showing all items had shipped, only to then tell me by email (more than 5 HOURS later!) they oversold an item in my order. Why did it take a week for them to tell me this? Spend your hard earned money elsewhere! Never again.

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Ordered an item paying extra for express delivery. After 7 days and no package, I left a message and an email but days after doing that, still no response from them. Terrible service. Never again. DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE. Plenty of others sell same/similar items. Too late for an apology and don't want to hear that it's Australia post/delivery company's fault. The fact that there's been no response is what is terrible.

My husband and I chanced upon Raspberry Lane Boutique when we were driving home one day and just had to stop by to have a look because the shop front was just stunning! We spent quite a while in the shop because it had such a calming atmosphere and it smells incredible! It helps that Ange is such a lovely and personable lady too! We’ve been back a few times now and we’ll be back again later. We’re so pleased to have found this lovely place!

Edit: it appears the issue may be more with AU post than raspberry lane. Thanks for sorting tracking I have ordered twice from this place and both times have had terrible issues with receiving my parcels. First time it was lost for months. This time what I ordered they didn’t have in stock, no one bothered to contact me to discuss this. It has apparently been sent now but 3 weeks since I ordered and still waiting. Really disappointed

The staff in Raspberry Lane are so helpful and give great advice! From which lactation cookies would suit me best or advice on a jellycat comforter for my bub. I'm not sure if they have amazing memories or I just shop there too much, either way they do an amazing job at knowing who you are! Online orders are always ready for pickup really quickly and any queries answered promptly. The best ♥️

Both Ange & Georgia know myself and my son by our names. We've become a regular over the years starting when they had Richmond store. Now at Moonah the shop is jammed packed with so many goodies for mums to be, babies, toddlers and even older kiddies. We love the range of clothes and of course our jellycat addiction.
