Excellent all round service. Everyone knows their stuff (including those at reception) and are keen to solve any problems. Service is honest and pricing is fair, they keep you updated about any parts that need replacing there's nasty surprises on the bill. Decent loan cars are nearly always available, although it's just across the road from a well serviced train station which I personally find just as convenient. I've been taking my car here for 7 years now, and I'll can tell I'll be getting my car serviced here for many years to come.

I'm always satisfied when I pick up my car from Rawson's in Officer. Booking in is super easy online; you can select everything you want done, and add notes, which I find fantastic. The work is always completed promptly and effectively, and I have always been pleasantly surprised by the price, too! They also do almost everything you might need, so it's convenient when having multiple repairs done at once, not having to travel to numerous workshops. I'll return again next service.

I brought my car here for a service and the problem was fixed , but another problem started. The car started making vibrating thumping noises. Is this an industry secret to fix the problem but cause another problem so I'd bring the car back? It seems to be so!
