I recently had the pleasure of shopping with Reach E-Boutique in person at their Queen Street store in Toronto. The store is very beautiful, modern and clean. I was greeted professionally after entering and signed up for their monthly service. I had also sent them an email prior to visiting and they promptly replied. It was evident in my experience that they value customer service. This is a new and exciting business that helps Canadian customers receive packages from abroad with a focus on packages from the United States. Reach provides the service I've been waiting for someone to think of and make happen. Honestly --- best.thing.ever. I do quite a bit of cross-border shopping and we Canucks seem to always get the raw deal with not being able to take advantage of US pricing or not getting the goods shipped here or even being able to shop at some sites that only take US credit cards. With Reach, that is NO LONGER your reality, friends. The only complaint i have is that I really wish they'd set up another shop in the east end of TO. If that were the case, I'd be using them a lot more...which may not be a good thing for my wallet! ;)

Fantastic option for downtown when it comes to receiving US parcels. The service in particular has been exceptional - anytime I've had a glitch (always due to my error or the retailer, never theirs) they have worked with me to creatively problem-solve. Each person I've interacted with has been kind and helpful - and perhaps I should be embarrased to admit they recognize me because I clearly ship too much with them. The online portal is relatively easy to work with but well-balanced with a human touch should you ever need support.

I had a great experience trying out the services at Reach E-Boutique. I often order from US clothing websites and this made my experience that much easier and hassle free. I placed my order online and my items were quickly shipped to the store for me to try on/pick up. Any items I wanted to return was taken care of for me. The store itself is beautiful, the staff are welcoming, professional, and free coffee is a plus This concept is amazing, If you shop frequently in the US I highly recommend giving them a try!

I love the variety of trendy unique clothing brands they offer and the store itself has such a beautiful layout making everything easily accessible. Used their US package forwarding services a couple times and it's honestly game changing!! Makes my shopping and returning US brands so much easier. Great customer service and they also offer a change room for you to try on your clothing so if any items need to be returned you can just leave the goods with them. Highly recommended.

Amazing that we have access to a service like this in the GTA , been always needing things that used to only ship to the USA. Luckily with Reach im able to get all my packages expedited to me here in Canada. Highly recommended , and the customer service is also extremely Professional and helpful . 5 stars without a doubt!
