My kids were reading at the store today about 10mins, the store staff came and ask whether you are planning to buy or book, if not, this is not a library. I believe a bookstore should allow people to read to make the decision of buying, as for this sevice, I wont go to buy anybook from this store!! I actually bought 5 books from Target, for the same book , they charge $17 vs $10 at target, I dont think I will ever go back to that store again with such service and price !

Books are priced very reasonably. Cheaper than Dymocks but pricier than QBD. Great range of books but I found one of the older male employees to be quite rude. Very abrupt in his answers when I asked questions but was very friendly to other customers. Read a couple other reviews that seem to describe the same man being rude to them too. Overall a good store if you want cheap books without travelling to Bondi Junction's QBD and don't care about bad customer service.

It’s so nice to be able to walk into an actual book store and buy physical books. I’m so happy Eastgardens Westfield has at least one book store. Read On has a huge range of books in stock, and if they don’t have what you want, they will order it in for you. The staff are friendly and helpful and the shop is really cute. They are located on the very bottom level near Coles.

What an amazing bookshop! Spent far too long thinking I could get books cheaper but trawling the other big stores in Eastgardens was so uninspiring and repetitive. The variety of young children's books in here is just wonderful both in regards to theme, authors and style. I particularly love the extensive range of board books. Go in and see for yourself!

I find this a great little book store, Julie really knows her books and is always so helpful. What a great variety, loving the gifts ( you could add to this area) it really is a one stop shop. I was recommended an amber book light which I love as I have problems sleeping, I love my new non slip socks. Keep up the great work guy’s

Excellent range of books for all ages. Categories are well signed and the store is easy to navigate. Staff are very friendly and helpful, also knowledgeable about new releases. Definitely worth a visit. The store front is very visually appealing, as are the books hanging from the ceiling.

Staff were lovely and are always helpful but I cannot help notice the price difference between here and other shops! The books I were after were almost double the price of other stores. I understand a small store may be more expensive but almost double is outrageous.

I am thankful that this book store is here and close to me, today I bought a number of books and the staff were very friendly and helpful, but what took away the perfect 5 stars is the size of the store. Will go back to buy more books for personal use and for gifts.

Not only books but puzzles and other paraphernalia. Plus if you join the club, you can get discounts on future purchases. I had not been back since my mother passed 2,years ago and yet they still had me on their books and were happy to help.I recommend them.

A treasure of a store filled with titles for all manner of literary tastes. Friendly, engaging staff who are only too willing to help...especially Julie. Such a delightful presence with grace and panache to burn; topped with a mesmeric smile. Kudos !!

The owner or manager- balding, with glasses- whoever he is, has a big chip on his shoulder. Customer service matters a lot to most people. I’ll spend my money with another little bookstore, even if it’s pricier than this one, because even

not very happy - was given a voucher for my Birthday. The employee wrote the wrong value on it - the owner made us feel like it was our fault. No apology or any acknowledgement of their fault. Not even the $1.00 paper bag was thrown in.

Was very impressed with the selection, it's not a big store but they make the most of their space and pack so many books in! My daughter wanted the title from a 14 book series and found multiple copies of every single one!!

Bought two books for a present only to find out one of the books had already been purchased. Took it back for a refund almost 12 hours later in perfect condition and was told they could not refund only exchange.

Amazing range of books. Much better YA selection than the bookstores in Bondi Junction! You can tell it is expertly curated. I buy from here all the time and will continue to do so.
