I was looking for top agents in my area. During the questionnaire process I asked to not receive correspondence by cell phone and I immediately received 3 phone calls from agents. None of the agents were from anywhere near my area (2 hours away). I also received several emails and none of them gave me an unsubscribe option. I had to search through the website to the privacy policy and ask to opt out of being contacted - there was no indication as to how long this would take. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

I find it to be inexcusable for every time I want to look or research a house that I pretty much have to sign in with all kinds of personal information that is totally unnecessary for the issue at hand. I just want to look at the photos but I find that a person has to almost tell their life story in order to just get in and try to find out more information on a home. Totally ridiculous!!!!
