"Extremely helpful and patient staff"
"Such an incredible bike shop"
"David is THE GREATEST ! Being a suburb senior from Edmonds I didn't even know how to pay for the street PAY STATION parking"
"In town for the first Bumbershoot in years, and thought we'd rent some bikes to get around town for the weekend"
"I called all over Seattle to rent a bike for a week"
Extremely helpful and patient staff. Really went out of their way to not upsell me and find me things in my budget. I can be incredibly indecisive on big purchases and it’s hard for me to commit to them so it was really nice that they weren’t pressuring me to hurry up and make a decision and changed the height of the seat multiple times for me until it was perfect. I lost track of time and didn’t end up deciding I wanted the bike until 5:58 PM and they weren’t bothered at all. They ended up staying open at least 10 minutes after 6 while I was purchasing the bike. They also attached my water bottle holder for me. Some of the friendliest staff I’ve met at a business.
Such an incredible bike shop. Thank you especially to Pat who helped my husband and I coming in with zero experience/knowledge to feeling comfortable, supported and informed by the end of our shopping. He truly knows his stuff and was there for all of our questions and needs. The store has a mix of new and used and allows you to add all the bells in whistles for affordable prices. Can’t recommend enough and will be coming here for years to come!
David is THE GREATEST ! Being a suburb senior from Edmonds I didn't even know how to pay for the street PAY STATION parking. David even came out to help me. I needed a softer ride cruiser for my old bones. David looked at my Specialized Rock Hopper and put on a seat tube with a shock and a big cushy seat. PERFECT. I was soon out of there for only $20. David & Recycled Cycle made my day! Mahalo Plenty!
In town for the first Bumbershoot in years, and thought we'd rent some bikes to get around town for the weekend. Skip and his crew were extremely helpful and tremendously flexible with us as we needed to make a few inconvenient changes to our reservation. Affordable, fully equipped, and dialed rentals await you if you choose Recycled Cycles. Thanks, Skip, you're the best!
I called all over Seattle to rent a bike for a week. Recycled was the only place to really offer the service, the cross bike I got was perfect and well-tuned. They even put SPD-SL pedals on to match the cleats I brought from home. The included bike rack, bungee chord, and flat kit were icing on the cake. Would rent here again in a heartbeat.
Amazing Store for vintage bike enthusiast. I came here 10.000 miles from my home and see the inside store for hours. It’s mind blowing and i can find every old parts that i need many years ago. A lot of good old frame that i wish i could bring back to my place. I feel like young kids found a chocolate candy store…
Always such a good experience to go get my bike fixed there. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and always happy to explain where that rattling noise is coming from. I have no idea how their pricing compares to elsewhere in Seattle but I've always felt like every buck was worth it. Good job guys!
This is by far the best bike shop I’ve been to in Seattle! Love the people and they are always trying to help you out without making you pay more than you need to. My drop bar snapped and they were able to fix it for $65 including labor and new bar tape. Excellent service!
I recently bought new parts (online) for same price as “re-cycled” one’s being sold. Specifically some Kona pedals, chainring bolts & a freewheel. Miss the pre corona shutdown prices & membership that made cash pricing easy. Still my #1 shop but now I check eBay/Amazon.
Mac Et Al are elite. They’re knowledgeable, kind, go above and beyond. They accept Rainer beer as tips. And you should bring them some. My bike, Dutch, and I go everywhere and I’m so much healthier and happier because I have these pros by my side.
Great bike shop down by the U district. They have lots in stock from bikes to parts, tools and everything else you’ll need. Took my bike in for a tune up and new tires. Quick turn around with quality results. I totally recommend.
My favorite bike shop/mechanic in the city. I recently dropped my bike off for brake tightening and a cable replacement and it was ready less than 24 hours later, plus they topped off the air in my tires at no extra cost.
Rented a bike for biking in the afternoon. Staff there are super helpful and friendly. I also asked for trail recommendation, they recommend Burke Gilman trail, which I like so much! Will definitely come back.
Amazing bike shop with reasonably priced items in good condition. Service is also great. They put on some fenders for me and did a great job also adjusted them free of charge when they got dented..
Amazing technicians here! Shout out to Jules and Max for getting my handle bar baring in good order I’m under 10min! Wouldn’t be able to make it to work tomorrow without those guys.
So helpful and knowledgeable about their bikes! Not overly pushy with the sales, excellent customer service. Great selection of both new and used bikes and all tools and gear.
This is one of the best bike stores in all of Seattle, especially if you need some used parts to fix your bike. They have multiple bins of practically everything!
Simply the best ever. Cool vintage bikes, great service, reasonable prices. There are a lot of great bike shops in Seattle, but this is the best.
Came in for a wheel alignment. Everybody was friendly, welcoming, service was above and beyond. Will be coming back for all my bike needs!
