So when I arrived I was told to look for a certain gentleman and when I was being shown my room I asked about supper the gentleman adviced I talk to the chef so when I did she told me that she can't cook for me dinner as she rushed out to close the door. So going back to my room the guy who showed me the room offered to get me supper but fast food restaurants were closed. So I took a shower opening my bed sheets were dirty I had to call them to change of which they didn't have at the right size so they had to get a whole different type of bed sheets waking up the following day there were no lights and for your info I dnt arrive at 10pm cause I was told that you let your last client at 9.30pm so I was there before 10pm and those beddings were not washed I can tell the difference

I just checked in the dirty and unpleasant hotel and immediately left the place, I was booked through makemy trip, the hotel is not safe at all. while booking online fake photos of rooms will be shown but really very very dirty rooms are.unsafe place. You will not get water for drink, rooms are broken wall and roof. Don't stay there manager is arrogant, rude. Careless

Very far from any daily needs shop or anything even drinking water you can't get. The manager is lier he will not receive your call while you complaining

After trying three rooms, Very bad customer service. One lady doing everything and not bothered. Extremely poor quality rooms with holes and a bad stench. Bad interior, dirty beddings, TVs don't work. Food was hurriedly cooked just because the cook was in a hurry. They stole half the meat. Showers are horrible, no customer service at all so you have to deal with the massai Watchman. Restaurant full of cats and depressing no functional fridge. I really regret having gone there.

So, I looked up places to have a perfect getaway with my fiance and this place Red Buffalo pops up so I decide to give it a try, homely feel of an ambiance upon arrival, friendly staff, quick check in, clean facility and best of all 5 star quality food, compliments to the chef. It is the True definition of value for money. It's nearness to the airport wraps up everything good about the place not forgetting good security. I'd definitely recommend it.

Value for money, I've always stayed here whenever I'm in Nairobi and I'm great full I've never lacked accommodation whenever I came calling however, on my next visit please allocate me the upstairs rooms where I'm able to view the park. I really like the location it's quiet and serene. See you on my next visit.

Netflix is available, wifi is on point. The bar is open but up to a certain time. Accessibility to Langata Shopping center and from the airport. Customer service is on point. On the occasions, I have been here there is no warm/ hot water in the showers. The place needs some upgrading especially the bathroom and toilet. Morning hours the place is untidy and there is no breakfast.

The best motel in the region. Ambience is top notch, service is also excellent. The rooms were well aired and comfortable.

Don't let the images fool you. While the place looks good on the inside it's rooms are below average. Proper maintenance of the rooms is needed urgently. I was not able to have a shower since the shower system is irreparably broken down.

We really enjoyed our stay here - hospitable staff and nice room. Although the location was a bit far from the city and we were often stuck in traffic on our way into town. Plus there were no shops or restaurants around so we had to order online or at the hotel's restaurant (when they had food/staff available)

Perfect service and everything is in shipshape for the guests. The food is to die for and so is the view. From staying in all day, to netflix and chilling with your loved ones.

It's alright, rooms are a little dusty and the solar panel showers are scolding hot, you can't adjust this so be ready for a hellish shower, peaceful, friendly staff

Very poor customer care. A guest house without an umbrella for the guests. My guest who had booked for six days was rained on on arrival from the Airport.
