Had a bad experience at this hotel, was charged for items taken from the fridge but upon arriving and duration of the stay the fridges were not refilled daily as staff suggested. Very disorganized. When speaking to reception about my concerns, one of the receptionists being very aggressive and even confrontational to the point that was was standing right in front of my face. I felt very threatened especially as a woman and somebody had to intervene when they heard him raise his voice at me. The room wasn’t cleaned everyday or they would attempt to come at times past 5 pm, which was my time to get ready etc. the staff other wise from reception were friendly but I don’t think the cost is justified. The bathrooms had shampoo and body wash only. My shower was not working, only the hand held was working.

The nice thing about this place is the decorations, the fact that you will want to take pictures, and that most of the staff members are helpful. But there was no nonsmoking area, the food took way too long to be served, the pizza was not that tasty, the cordon Bleu had tooth picks in it ( tooth picks are used to prepare cordon bleu before being fried, but no one serves it with the tooth picks still inside), and the toilet was not very clean.

Nice and quite place for couples. But the food not that good they need to do better. Sara the waitress was amazing every time i go there. Such a polite and very adorable. She was really helpful and professional. I wish they recognize her for her fascinating work. I will keep going there every time I'm in Egypt.

Nice but not so good. The service is slow. We were waiting for a long time till one of the waiters realized that we need to check the menu....After receiving the menu , we were still waiting for a while till another waiter realized that we need to order something. Drinks were ok but it was very noisy.
