The staff is always friendly. Tara is amazing! The store hours are great, closing at 7pm everyday. I can swing pass after work and not have to rush. The prices are a bit higher but what isn't at the moment? On this visit I got stuck behind an accident and arrived there at 6:58pm on a Friday and they were still open and the associate serviced me as if it were the middle of the day. Pleasant, polite and I still felt welcome. At other places, that would never happen. Good job

Absolutely incredible experience with the staff at this red hanger location. I had never used any professional laundry services before and they made it simple, easy to understand, and help me with selecting what was best for my clothing. My shirts came back clean, perfectly pressed, and looking sharp. They even accommodated my shortened time frame with ease and joy. I found my regular spot!

I’ve used the downtown location of Red Hanger for a few years now. I’ve always had good experiences with them, and very good customer service experiences too. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for dry cleaning, whether for clothes or for household items.

Hands down friendliest and best service in the greater Salt Lake area. After moving here from Texas last year I tried several dry cleaners before finally discovering Red Hanger Downtown and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Tara and team are THE BEST!!!

Extremely pleased with Red Hanger's service! Dropped off a huge rug on a Saturday and it was done on Monday. Pricing and customer service was excellent. For the sake of the wonderful employees, I hope they get their air conditioner fixed soon! ;)

I was visiting Salt Lake City. I was staying nearby, so I took a shot to have my coat dry cleaned. I dropped it off early morning, and got a text saying it was ready around 5. I picked it up on the way back to my hotel. Perfect!

Great job, but the stains that made me bring my coat in the first place were still there AFTER the fact. Which is unfortunate because I didn’t realize this until after I paid and brought it home.

A miracle was performed! I had oil all over a nice pair of linen pants, and some other random items of clothing, and the oil was completely removed. They are like new again! Fabulous!

The woman that works there regularly is so nice and friendly. That is the reason I keep going back. The dry cleaning has always seemed good too. But she is seriously just so nice!!
