I don't normally write reviews so that should tell you how great of an experience I must have had to write one today. Last Friday I went in to check out some boots because my last pair of Red Wings weren't fitting the way I'd like (I bought them somewhere else). I thought I'd look at a pair of moc toes in a wide since my previous pair felt too narrow and Daniel helped size my foot and analyze my gait. Based on that, we found a pair that would fit much better than my previous pair and he told me to bring in those other boots to see if we could stretch them a bit. The next day I brought in the pair and I pointed out a stitch that had popped around the top of the boot. At first, Daniel said we could send them to be repaired but then decided to just exchange them for a new pair! I'd had these boots longer than however many days you're allowed for exchanges but he got me in a new pair anyway! My experience had already been great in picking out a new pair but this really sold me. We went through a catalog of colors and he answered my thousand questions and even repeated some things I didn't quite catch. That's what I call taking care of the customer! I don't want to name the previous store but I can say that they've lost this guy's business and I'll be dealing with Daniel and Mitch from now on. Thanks, guys!

I went in and asked the sales person (Leah) who was working if they had My size in Exo Lites(2453) that I wanted to try on, I was told she didn’t have any so I asked if they had tradesman’s(3519) in and I was told there wasn’t any in my size and that the next shipment would probably be at the end of the year. Fast forward 2 days later I call and there’s a different person working, I ask if they have the tradesman’s in and lo and behold they’ve had them in for a while. Well I go in to the store to purchase me a pair and to Leah surprise I walked in asking for the shoe. She looks at me and quickly says “oh they’ve must of came in yesterday on my day off”. Why I was treated like this idk, but Leah needs to more professional to paying customers.

I've worked in industrial construction for 7 or 8 years now. From pipelineing to heavy equipment operations to ready mix. I've had tons of boots over the years. Never in my life have I ever had a pair of boots that fit like a glove and feel like I'm walking on clouds. They will not only fit your foot to a boot, but will test your feet to see where your pressure points are at. And they will custom fit your foot to any boot they have on hand. The folks there are amazing. Ive had my boots now for a solid month an a half and they are in some rough working environments. Their still holding strong and still feel and fit like a glove! Something I found quite opposite of ariot boots

There is no Red Wing store where I live, so I drove down from Southern Utah just to visit this store and purchase my first pair of Red Wing work boots. The store manager Laurie, and one of the other gentlemen working there both helped me choose new boots, including a foot scan to determine which insole was best for me. I received great customer service during this visit. I will be putting the boots to the test with my new manufacturing job, and for the price I paid, I expect them to hold up well compared to the cheaper boots I have tried to get away with wearing. I will be returning to this store for future purchases depending on how well these new boots work out for me.

Bought a pair of boots for work. Spent 220 on em. Was told there would be a lifetime guarantee..fast forward two years I take them in for repairs and boom..over 100 dollar price tag to fix. Low and behold that annoyed me since I was told LIFETIME guarantee. But ok, let's move on, I pay the money and fast forward 2 months I still have received no word on my boots. Finally call in to say that they were sent back from b.f.e. as "unrepairable. Try to get a refund and was told "oh you never paid for a repair". Which is funny because as soon as a reference number and receipt was asked for they magically found that money that they "never took".

Customer service is awful. I went in there and the manager told me how he was not there to make friends but to make money. If it wasn't for their great product Red Wings makes, I wouldn't even think about wasting my time dealing with such an unpleasant person. Something has to change in there. There's been other occasions I've gone in there and an employee had given me an attitude. Not happy with that location. I'll try the other location and write a report on how that goes. I'm positive it won't be anything like this joke of a store.

Like the other red wing location in vegas I called them twice during business hours , no answer. Obviously customer service isn't a thing with them , auto zone, Wal-Mart ,walgreens, you name it, they at least answer their phone when a customer calls. Going elsewhere for my boots, I recommend others do,the same. Don't support any business that flipps us consumers the bird and well have friendly service from businesses that act like they care about their work because the other kind won't be around.

They did everything to not sell me shoes. Cashier gave me several reasons why she was not equipped to sell me shoes, from the voucher, to the shoes, to her not knowing how to enter the tax, she referred ne to Henderson store, even though my letter I had issued for her location. I will let my organization know to take that location off their list and go back to Boot Barn

I went in to get my first pair of Red Wing boots and Daniel made sure I was taken care of. Spent about an hour scanning my feet and deciding what boot and insole would be right for me, ended up with the Burnside. He answered all of my questions and made the whole process easy and smooth. Red Wings is now the only place I'll go for work boot needs.

My recent visit was the worst I been buying red wing boots now for almost 5 years , I was asking the gentleman for some new boots I was interested and as soon someone else enter he just plain ignored me It my 3rd pair. I bought at this place , and I won’t come back , i strongly suggest go to the Sahara location or henderson location

Stopped by 30 minutes before they closed to really work out my boot sizing (I always tend to buy boots that are too big). They were patient with me trying on different boot size combinations after they sized me on their machine. I think I finally got the right size down! Big thanks for the help!

Everything was perfect up until it was time to pick out a boot. For the type of boot I needed, you did not have one that fit my foot(a little unhappy). So I ordered the same size and style of the boot I’m wearing now. I just hope it fits.They didn’t have a great selection of boots for my needs

This place is great and the boots are even better I have probably 15 different pairs they have boots for all sorts of different occupations or specialties. The comfort and quality is well worth the extra price. Check out some of these new women's brands that I was trying to talk my wife into

I bought my first pair of Red Wing work boots today. The sales lady was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. She wore a mask and told us about the Covid restrictions in place and was professional about it. I thought the level of customer service was top notch. They earned a customer.

Best experience I've ever had, and I've been buying and wearing Red Wing shoes since the early 80's. These guys are tops. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. I'll be buying all of my Red Wing shoes from this store-and I live in Henderson! They are definitely worth the drive!!!

Great customer service. Store employees are service oriented and desire to take care of you. I drive 25 miles to this store and don't go to the one 5 miles away because the quality of service and interaction with customer is over a 100 times better than the store in Henderson.

I've bought many pairs of boots, insoles, belts, socks, etc from here. I walked in this time and was welcomed by a rude woman. Telling me about her medical opinion. I turned around so disappointed and walked right out! I am so sad I won't be buying from them ever again.

King toes are super comfy among a wide selection for all trades and terrains the salesman I must say is very patient and helpful I tryed quite a few different shoes until I found what I wanted I highly recommend this store

Love my redwings. They are expensive but well worth it. One of the best work boots for the desert heat. They oil them for free every time I come in which helps keep them fresh and in good shape.

Worst service ever, ask a couple question, didn’t even look at me to answer, keep on his cell all the time, didn’t get up to check if I need it help, just left the store, went to another one
