I don’t usually like to ever leave bad review but in the instance I would like to save and warn people so they do not have to go through the same experience I had. Disgusted with this so Words cannot explain my disappointment about the male Asian pharmacist treated me. I went in to fill my wife’s script (she is suffering from cancer). This particular pharmacist denied to fill my wife’s script & demanded to call the doctor. After he was unable to reach the doctor he again denied filling my wife’s scripts. He spoke at me in a very rude and demeaning manor. Also spoke loudly so the whole chemist could hear. I felt humiliated. My wife landed in hospital that night. Never again will I ever step foot in this place.

Ashley (or Ashlyn) was extremely disrespectful, hostile, arrogant and provided the worst service experience I've EVER received from this store! I've been a client of the upstairs RSMC and this chemist for 8years, and have never been treated with such deplorable, disgusting, unacceptable behaviour. Rita (manager), Annie (pharmacist) and Michelle all know me well and are always courteous, kind and hospitable. It's a shame they have hired such bad manners that will be detrimental to their business. I will seek an alternative location, unfortunately adverse affects will lose a lot of loyal clients.

I suffer from PTSD and anxiety. You would think a pharmacist would be willing to help but instead Minh was completely condescending and treated me like I was a criminal. On top I was also left unmedicated as he refused to fill my scripts. This experience left me feeling violated. Would give 0 stars honestly if I could. Never again will I ever step foot in this place.

I was treated very rudely by the male Asian pharmacist who refused to dispense my repeat script as he claimed it was 'too soon'. I nearly ended up in hospital because of running out of my medicine. His judgemental, officious attitude is dangerous to customers. I have withdrawn my business from Redfern Discount Drug Store because of him and will never return.

Refused to sell me a box of 50 disposable paper face masks today, during a state-wide lockdown. But were more than happy to offer to sell me 50 masks individually @ $2.00 each! If that's not price gouging customers - what is? SHAME! SHAME! SHAME! Would give ZERO stars if it was permitted, however 1 star is as low as can be given.

Failed to provide vital information about my script when asked for it. Left me completely unmedicated as a result. This occurred after I asked them to check on it for me to inform me if everything was okay. I would never recommend it to anyone and am horrified they were able to leave me so desperate given my condition.

Appalled by how their male pharmacist treat customers who are simply coming in for medications. Witnessed on many occasions this particular pharmacist being extremely judgemental and naming loudly medications people were on. Seems they don't care to cater to peoples dignity and privacy. Take your money elsewhere.

I came here to get some prescriptions for my old man. Upon arrival the pharmacist was very friendly + knowledge with the medications, whilst also being very patient and helpful with answering all my questions. Even when she was busy with other customers.

If you don't have time to wait for a script to be filled this is the chemist for you. I love this chemist. No more than a couple of minutes wait for a script to be filled and my prices have always been the same if not better than other chemist.

Average prices, fast service, but felt like I was a suspected shoplifter. Some PR training wouldn't go astray alongside the depressing loss prevention. Pharmacist and cashier were both extremely helpful, friendly and efficient though.

I like this chemist! They’re reliable, fast, knowledgeable plus they sell disinfectant wipes for cheap. Thanks for the consistently good customer service! Michelle and Minh come to mind but everyone here has been nothing but lovely.

Great customer service. They went above & beyond to source an uncommon medication for me. They are located within easy walking distance of bus stops and the Redfern train station. I highly recommend this pharmacist!
