I was very dissatisfied about my appointment today 07/12/23 with Dr. Seema I don’t even think she can be called a Doctor at all because of her attitude towards her patient. I am with my partner we booked an appointment because we’ve been sick for 4 days straight with on and off fever, cough and runny nose, I decided to skip my class and go to the GP with him and ask for medical certificate for my uni. The Information Department told me that me and my partner is going into a same GP which is Dr. Seema. While talking to Dr. Seema I noticed that she has an attitude she talks rude and lack of manners towards me and my husband when I explained to her about why I needed a medical certificate she answered me “I didn’t even ask you” and after that she ask me “did you make an appointment” which is pretty obvious because its in the system she can see it. I didn’t even know how to react it feels like I’m not welcome to speak up. In the medical profession, possessing manners is crucial, as healthcare professionals interact with diverse people daily. Dr. Seema's behavior did not align with the expected standards for a doctor. I hope this grabs your attention, not just for my sake but for the future individuals visiting your clinic. I have been going to the same 2 X clinics (same site) in Caroline Springs for 21 years. This past weekend I had issues, simply trying to get my prescriptions prior to the holidays. My main doctor was on leave (more and more lately) and my second choice, who was now my first was no longer there. There was confusion getting me in and when they did it was last minute and when I arrived a huge wait. I went next door to Redicare, not knowing I was a GP Liaison for a area Neurosurgeon, the reception was very friendly had me filling out new patient paperwork within minutes and before I was done, Dr Patel quickly called me in, quickly reviewed what medications I was on, then I revealed who I worked for and our companies share patients. On the way out, I asked reception if I can move my records to Redicare and she had me complete a form to transfer records. Redicare was so efficient and professional, that I look forward to being a regular patient for Dr Patel and Dr Rahman and a continued professional relationship. Lynn B Spence

This is in regard of my experience with Seema Ghafoor. I have never experienced such an unprofessional behaviour in Australia. I had three back to back cancellations in three weeks with her. She would accept the appointment and then cancel at the last moment. Not to mention of the weak and poor medical knowledge as well that I endured during my visits to her. Would not recommend anyone visiting Redicare Medical Center to schedule an appointment with her. The reception team is also extremely weak, so have started to visit other clinics now.

Overall the clinic is okay however this review is for Dr Seema. I am very disappointed in her services as she is very rude and lacks basic people skills. I have seen her a couple of times now and each visit i will have something to complain about because of her unprofessionalism, disrespect and lack of general manners. She makes you feel stupid when she talks to you because of her attitude. I do not understand why she is working in health care with people if she lacks compassion and care.

Not crowded. Was able to conveniently book an appointment online aswell as multiple appointments made over the phone for my children. Prompt response, very polite staff. Good atmosphere and clean environment. Doctors are quite good too. So far, I've visited 3 separate doctors for my family. And all are equally good and we're satisfied with them. I'll continue going to Redicare for my health issues.

The staff/reception were friendly, while Dr. Rahman was also helpful and polite. I see other reviews giving him high praise as well, so thank you Dr. Rahman and Redicare Medical staff for your caring service and time. I had a very positive experience as a patient.

Dr. Rahman has been my doctor when he was with another clinic. I visited him at Redicare since he moved over. Under his leadership, I see Redicare is better run than the other one. Service and communication with patients are kindness and empathy.

quick and effective help from the doctor. they really understand your situation and the assistance you need. I could really feel that the doctor cares about my situation. I will be making this my main location. Bulk billing is also very helpful.

I have always had a great experience at Redicare Medical. The doctors and staff are patient and genuinely care for your wellbeing. Thank you Redicare for always being there!

Dr Seema Ghafoor is a very good doctor … I and all my kids go to her … extremely satisfied the way she checks all of us and listens to us …. Strongly recommended
