I recently moved to Lewis Estates. I had not been to the dentist in a while and have developed a bit of anxiety. I received a post card letting me know about the office. I called in as I had a few questions about direct billing, insurance, and the dental team. The receptionist I spoke with was very knowledgeable and patient with answering all my questions and addressing my concerns. My initial appointment was both my check-up and cleaning. The hygienist was gentle and did not guilt me for not being the most frequent flosser. Instead she set a goal for me to floss 2-3 times a week instead of 1 time per week. The dentist and her assistant went through my mouth and explained to me all the work I needed done and put it in order of priority. The front end worked with my schedule as best as they could however when I did need to book into my work hours, I was offered a note for work. I have had 2 of my filling appointments so far and have been very pleased with how gentle the appointments were. Dr. Oberg and her assistants work very well together. They frequently asked me how I was doing, which was very comforting for me as I am a bit of an anxious individual. I am happy to say that I have found a dentist that I am very comfortable with and be willingly returning to for all my future appointments to keep my teeth healthy :)

If you are looking for a new dentist I highly recommend Refresh Dental! My experience there was so great. From the minute you walk through the door you are made to feel so comfortable, the cheery reception staff and bright comfortable waiting area put you at ease immediately. Dr. Oberg and her staff of hygienists and assistants continue this experience. They are all very easy to talk to, knowledgeable about their profession, calming and very gentle. They are able to answer any questions that you may have and are willing to take the time to explain all your treatment options to you. I also took my young children to Refresh and they can't wait to go back! Dr. Oberg and her assistants made their experience so much fun and so easy. They took the time to explain everything they were going to do and show them all the tools so that my children were never worried about what was going to happen. And of course they loved that they were able to watch the TV in the roof!!!

If I could rate this service with zero stars, I would do so without hesitation. The doctor may be competent, but their customer service is abysmal. They consistently double-book appointments, forcing clients to wait for 15 to 30 minutes. The clinic shows little regard for client's time and only values their own. The receptionist is unprofessional and prone to mistakes. The hygienists are also terrible, frequently scheduling and then canceling appointments at the last minute. Many of them are rude. I strongly advise against booking with Rosschelle, as she is extremely disrespectful. It's no surprise that many skilled hygienists and doctors have left this clinic due to its poor management and customer service. The manager is utterly useless. Although the doctor may be good, I believe there are still other competent doctors available. Despite paying for their services, they treat you as if you are begging for their attention.

I’ve been going here for over ten years. I had a great hygienist, and the front office were great to deal with and super organized. This is not how things are now. I am so disappointed how this place is. Disorganized, hygienists all seem like they’re fresh out of school. Took my two year old here for the first time and it was like they never had a child in its chair and tried to stick a pick hook in his mouth. I booked both my kids one after the other and wanted my 2 year old to watch the elder get his teeth looked at so he knew not to be scared. They just forced me into another room and did him in there as I kept asking not to and it was like they didn’t understand what I was saying. I will never go back here and I’m looking for a new place to go for myself and my family. I also had myself on a 3 month schedule and for some reason they decided back to 6. Do yourself a favour and don’t go here.

Started coming here because of a highly recommended rating by my daughter. Dr. Oberg is exceptional, as are her staff. Every experience I have had over the past few years has been extremely positive. The facility is extremely clean, sanitation of equipment is evident, staff is above average and all can answer questions asked. Appointments are made efficiently and with consideration. The hygienists are excellent and readily offer helpful suggestions. Dr. Oberg....well - she is one of the best dentists I have had in the past 60 years. She is very thorough, gentle and provides detailed explanation and options. She doesn't try and force you into treatments you don't need. Very easy to have an honest dialogue with; so that when you leave the office you are informed about any treatments you may....or may not need. HIGHLY RECOMMEND everyone try this dentist.

I have been with Refresh dental since 2016, staff were amazing and thier services was highly recommended. I was only disappointed this morning, my daughter was scheduled 8:00 am with nitrous and my son's appointment will come next after my daughter. When I got to the clinic, it came up that my daughters appointment was changed to 9:30am. I decided to cancelled my daughter's appointment coz she can't wait another hours as she was hungry. I also found out that they did not book any appointment for my son.Sigh!!! I don't know what happen to the booking receptionist. I woke up my kids early and it come up like this, it's not fair and time wasting. I hope it will not happen again to any of thier clients.

I love this place.. Dr.Brogly and Lisa always make my visits very comfortable. After many many years of avoiding dentists out of fear and lack of funds to do so this dental clinic has not only made me feel OK with going to the dentist but also offer a payment plan that makes the bill much easier to take care so no added stress! What a relief! I needed a lot of work done after almost 10 years of no dental work, so i'm glad that this is the place that will be taking care of me. Keep on being awesome, ladies! All of you! If I could give zero stars. I would. Horrible service and horrible staff. I have direct billing but for some reason the staff at this office at not able to figure out how to apply it. I have spoken with everyone at the office over 20 times the past month, had numerous three-way calls with my insurance and the dentist office and have been told by my insurance that it is something wrong on my dentist part. If you would like fast easy service I suggest going somewhere else. Never in my life have I dealt with such nonsense. How does a dentists office not understand insurance policies, is this not what you do everyday?

Love this dentist office for our family! They are so great with my kids aged 2 and 4. They are patient and do not push treatments if they feel the child wont do well with them. The hygienists are so awesome and very gentle. They explain everything that they are doing before they do it. They let the kids take a look at all the instruments to make them comfortable. Dr. Oberg is fabulous as well, keeps the kids calm and is great with explaining what she is doing as well. My husband and I also love coming here for our cleanings and check ups. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Dr. Brogly is amazing! She was so understanding of my fears of getting dental work done during pregnancy. I called her the day of my appointment and she was able to answer all my questions and said it was safe to get the procedure done during my second trimester. I was still a little too anxious and decided to postpone my appointment. She was super understanding and even though it is safe, she did not push for me to get it done. She cancelled my appointment with no late fee only 2 hours before I was suppose to come in. Very happy with the level of care I've received from her!

Dr Oberg is trustworthy. Two different dentists told me I needed two root canals. I went to Dr Oberg for a second opinion and Dr Oberg said I don't need any root canals. This was 10 years ago and I still have not had a root canal. You can trust Dr Oberg to not perform unnecessary, expensive and painful dental work. She saved me $5000. Dr Oberg is a fantastic dentist who is thorough, gentle and honest. Judging from my experience with other dentists, I would not go anywhere else. I have been her patient for 10 years and HIGHLY RECOMMEND her.

I have been coming to refresh dental for five years, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else ever. Dr. Oberg has always taken such amazing care of myself and my family. My daughter became a dental assistant, after becoming a patient here and seeing Breanna for cleanings. It is always such a positive environment, the receptionist are always so helpful as well as welcoming the second you arrive for a visit. If you are looking for a long time dentist as well as great hygienist this is the place to go.

I hadn't been to the dentist for 3 years and was worried about getting work done. As soon as you walk through the door, Tarynn put me at ease and made me feel immediately comfortable. Then Brianne cleaned my teeth and I didn't feel a thing because she was so gentle. Then a few weeks later Dr. Oberg and Jaimie fixed me up, again without feeling any pain (they fixed 4 cavities)! I can't say enough about how great they all are! Thank you Refresh Dental!

I have gone to Refresh Dental for the past 3-4 years, since I moved to Edmonton. I have only ever experienced exceptional service and friendly, professional care! I never wait more than 3-5 minutes in the waiting area. They were also able to accommodate me last minute when I had a more urgent dental concern. Dr. Brogly is fantastic and always takes the time to explain things thoroughly. The dental hygienists are great as well! Highly recommended.

I can't speak highly enough of Dr Brogly! I am a basket case patient, but she takes her time and makes sure I'm comfortable before proceeding with any procedure. I recently had a pretty rough appointment and she and her assistant were absolutely wonderful. No pressure to get things going, they made sure my comfort was their main priority. Hands down the best dentist I've been to in years. Super friendly, knowledgeable and gentle. My husband has a root canal done here and had a great experience which is hard to come by sometimes! Equipment was state of the art and it made the experience so painless compared to other dentists I've been to over the years. The prices are extremely reasonable considering the service is top notch.

After wearing my braces for 2 years I still required some dental work for filling in my small gaps between my teeth. They were through telling me my options and helped explain to me what was getting done each time I saw them. I can be difficult when I don’t understand or something isn’t being explained to me when I ask and they were very accommodating and helpful each time. I love my smile.

Bright, clean office and friendly staff. Cleaning was pain free- which hasn't always been the case with other practices I've been to. Dr. Brogly was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions. I felt at ease and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a quality dentist. I have referred family members and they too have had great experiences with her.

Doctor Oberg was referred to me by a family member who travels quite far to see her. I know why. She is excellent. Kind, understanding, thorough and I trust her completely. My hygienist is also very professional and gentle and I appreciate her supportive manner. I have always received excellent care from Refresh Dental and all their staff. 6 family members have now gone here.

Very friendly staff, very fast and efficient service. Very neat and clean as well. They are close to if not right on mark with the Alberta Dental Fee Guide. They bill your insurance company directly which is so convenient.. Overall an excellent experience ! PS: Chantal at the front desk is very friendly and works with you to find a spot that works with your schedule.

OMG Best Dentist I have ever had hands down! Dr. Evanson, does amazing work would recommend him to everyone. Office manager Deena was great to work with, very understanding and compassionate, and wiggled me in to fix a broken tooth. Both took the time with me last night to figure out a game plan, to fix my smile...Loving this NEW TEAM!!!!!

Beautiful office! The staff were friendly and reception was very welcoming. Everyone was professional from start to finish. I felt very confident in Dr. Oberg and her teams abilities. They thoroughly explained the process and constantly made sure I was comfortable along the way. I highly recommend this dental office.

Pulled out part of my filling and these guys took me same day to make it more comfortable till they could schedule me in for a proper refill... girls at the counter are super awesome and friendly and the dentist Dr O was super awesome. I hate dentists but these guys so much bearable by far good job …

Absolutely love the staff here. Dr Brogley is so kind and so smart! She makes me feel confident in the care they provide. Never a bad experience. They also don’t over charge. Aka my health benefits cover my appointments. My previous dentist I always had to pay because they over charged so much.

I had all my 4 wisdom pulled out last night at refresh, Dr. Woodruff made it really easy, he was extremely professional, yet had a great sense of humour to make it easy on me. It’s the day after and I feel great already! I would highly recommend him for any extractions!!

Knowledgeable and efficient staff. Dr Tan is very thorough and you can tell she actually cares. She even adjusted my TMJ splint when the lab didn’t make it as requested. Brianna is my hygienist and she always is gentle and explains everything.

Victoria is such a pleasure to talk to, incredibly kind and patient and helpful when getting my family’s appointments booked around our busy schedules.

It’s my daughter’s first visit and Pompy did a great job. I was surprised that my daughter didn’t cry. Highly recommend her..
