This shop deserves 10 stars! I took my 2012 Nissan Pathfinder to Central Houston Nissan for a broken A/C. They had my car for a WEEK, performed work I didn’t authorize, then tampered with the brakes on my car so I would have to come back (because they let us drive off without mentioning the brakes) and have MORE work done. I have sworn off Nissan Dealerships for good and I was looking for a small, local shop that I could trust to repair the brakes on my car. Regency Automotive allowed me to tow my car there after hours, my car was safe, the repairs were started FIRST thing the next morning and BOTH front and back brakes were done by 1:00pm. He actually SAVED my calipers so I wouldn’t have to replace those now. He is honest, trustworthy and I have NEVER been as happy with automotive repairs as I am with the repairs and service I received from Regency. I can’t thank them enough! EDIT TO ADD: Their prices are also more than reasonable and fair. Thank You, Regency, for rectifying a traumatic experience for us.

I called Regency after looking around for a car shop, and found that this one had great reviews. I can definitely see why, Abdul answered my call and greeted me when I got there. I read some other reviews he will warm up to you pretty quickly. He told me I can keep driving my car since I didn't need a loaner. I set everything up with the insurance and the shop on the 19th, and he took it over from there. He called me on the 23rd, told me all the parts are ready and I just need to go in the next morning. Brought my car in the next morning, and it took 3 hours (which is how long he told me it would take, from the first time I brought my car in). He is very professional, affordable, and great quality service. You can tell that my car's bumper looks amazing in the pictures after the repair. Also, his nephew, Fazan or Fassan (not sure how you spell it), was really nice when shuttling me during the repair. Very knowledgeable and professional team.

I would like to thank the time and sincerely give my humble appreciation to Mr. Abdul and his staff at Regency Auto Repair!! My Jeep got flooded during Harvey but was not considered a total loss. My insurance company was notified and I searched on yelp for the best and nearest auto repair shop around my area which led me to here. My vehicle was transferred from the tow yard to Regency. While throughout the time of the repairs, Mr. Abdul personally gave me his cell phone number and kept me up to date on the repairs by texting me and called if a problem was found. More so, when I went over my rental car time frame, he reimbursed me in full on the out of pocket costs I made! Now talk about the best and highest customer service out there! First off, it's difficult finding a VERY GOOD mechanic that's not going to break the bank while trying to avoid the dealership. I've dealt with that problem for a good while. I finally found that with Mr. Abdul and his staff at Regency Auto Repair. I had work done on two vehicles and his prices were better than two other mechanics we quoted. They're honest, meaning not only do they tell you what you actually need but they tell you what you don't so that you save as much money as you can. Most important is that they're friendly and down to earth and the hours and location are convenient. It's an understatement for me to say that the service here is exceptional. I would highly recommend anyone needing vehicle work--especially body work--to check out Regency. I'd give them 6/5 stars if I could.

The owner is amazing. He is knowledgeable, honest, and fast. My car broke down on the road, could not move, was towed, and was brought to his shop in the Morning. Given how bad the problem looked like, I thought it would at least take 2 or 3 days. But I got a phone call the same day in the afternoon, and the owner explain to me what the problem was befor he worked on it. And he fixed the car the same day With reasonable price. I was so happy when I picked up the car. That was a great and stress free experience. He’s also honest. When he found out that I overpaid for the replacement part, he gave me a refund the second day. (Their price was already good and I would have no way to figure out what the real price of a part). I would definitely trust him, recommend this shop, and go back myself.

He gave me an excellent price to replace my hood and fix the whole front of my little blue Hyundai after an accident. The best part is that it only took him 1 day, he ordered the parts before and when the parts arrived I dropped off my car and the following day it was ready. I had a great experience here. I took my car here right before they closed to get a quote to repair a gigantic dent I had on my driver-side door, and Abdul was able to give me a reasonable quote, no BS. I also requested the repair to be done in 2 days as I needed to drive to an event soon and they were able to promptly finish the work on the promised day! I can not write a good enough review for this place. I went to five different places all over town and was not able to get near the competitive price Regency gave me on my dented bumper. They were very friendly, quick (took only two days and were very clear on timeline and exactly why they had to keep it for two days), and made my car look like brand new with the accident becoming unnoticeable. Before hopping around to different auto-body shops come here first. I certainly will be bringing all my future accidents in the Houston area here.

They fixed a part on my part but left a part unplugged during the fixing which ended up making my non existing check engine light turn on. I took my car back eventually got it fixed. 1 month later the same part they fixed ended up breaking again. When I brought the car back thinking the warranty would cover it they told me they never worked on that part on my car mind you I had the old part in my backseat still, they told me we only work on the car bodies now. The manager is cool but this place is like any other car shop out to get money.

I had some suspension work done at another shop, and as I drove to work I heard a metal scraping noise. I called Regency right at 8:15 am and Abdul said I could come in right away to get it looked at. He was quick to address the problem and he noticed a few other things that urgently needed repair (which the shop that did my suspension didn’t even notice). It was fixed quickly and I had it back later that day. I am only going to Regency Auto Repair from here on out. Very honest and they seem to care about your car.

My Rav4 was repaired in here 2 years ago for the broken front face, however, the front wheel protector got loose after several weeks and I had to fixed it with tape. Last month my car was hitted again and it was repaired by the state farm coperated body shop, and today they told me some poor quality parts were used in my last repairs and I don't even know that. I paid $3000 for my repair in here but they didn't fix my car, it just looks like repaired from outside.

Haven’t written too many reviews before but felt the need to publicly recommend Regency Auto. I had a bad wreck on a VW Atlas hood. Got a quote from 4 other shops and all of them told me that they couldn’t fix the existing hood and that it had to be replaced, which would have costed me more than 3 times of what I eventually paid. Abdul fixed my original hood and it looks like it’s brand new. Highly highly recommend their workmanship and professionalism!

The water pump of my 2012 Honda Accord was leaking so I took the car to the Regency Auto Body and Repair for estimate. The repair estimate to replace the water pump was very reasonable. The best part was that repair shop got it done in 3 hours while I waited. I did not had to drop off or pick up the car. This is the second time, I have been to this place and very satisfied with their charges and repair timings.
