Shame on Reliance .Name of Reliance Same as empty basseles makes a much noise.A person purchase a policy from Reliance general insurance , now he is in a medical emergency . He required some help but Reliance left this people .Don't believe on Reliance general insurance company. They refuse cashless facility for a needy and helpless patient , he is actually admitted in Narayana Multi speciality hospital jaipur .Shame on Jaipur branch . चूलू भर पानी मे डूब मरो , तुम्हारी इंसानियत मर चुकी है । ईश्वर के घर देर है अंधेर नही ।

I have done covid policy but claim time I have deposit all relevant documents and resolve all query but till time not receive claim amount . Raising again again query very pathetic service . Policy time we don’t have required any document but claim time required list of documents. My suggestion is don’t go with Reliance general insurance

No Method to contact easily, Available Contact no can't connect call with an executive and automatic response options not able to find details with mobile number Or policy no... Tried called 10 times but nothing.... Wrost experience..

worst experience this insurance company if fake staff is very unprofessional. there are giving fake promises when they are doing the policy, now they want the proof and harassing the customer

Plz put correct address of Jaipur office , queen,s rd office of Reliance Gen had changed to c scheme , I was tracing this last 4 days.

Please change the address and put the correct one... its office has been changed from Queens road to chomu house circle c scheme ....
