Despite the enticing promises made by this financial institution, my experience has been nothing short of a complete letdown. In fact, if I could give them zero stars, I would gladly do so. One of the primary reasons I chose Bajaj Finserv was their attractive cashback offer. The prospect of receiving a substantial cashback amount was too good to resist. However, it has been six long months since I availed of their services, and I am yet to receive a single penny in cashback. Their claim of providing cashback within a specified timeframe turned out to be nothing more than an empty promise. I have repeatedly reached out to their customer service representatives, only to be met with empty assurances and false hopes. The frustration doesn't end there. Bajaj Finserv's commitment to customer satisfaction is virtually non-existent. Their lack of transparency is evident in their disregard for honest communication. Whenever I have tried to inquire about the status of my cashback, I have been given vague and evasive responses. It is incredibly frustrating to be kept in the dark and to receive no concrete information about when, or if, I will ever receive what was promised to me. To add insult to injury, their customer service has been consistently unhelpful and unresponsive. They have shown a complete lack of accountability for their false promises and have failed to provide any satisfactory resolution to my concerns. It is disheartening to see a company that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction fall so short in fulfilling even the basic responsibilities of an institution. In conclusion, I strongly caution anyone considering Bajaj Finserv to think twice before engaging with them. Their fake promises and failure to deliver on their commitments, particularly regarding cashback offers, are a clear indication of their lack of integrity. Don't be fooled by their marketing tactics or alluring offers; you will only end up feeling deceived and betrayed. I sincerely regret ever placing my trust in Bajaj Finserv and warn others to stay away from their unreliable services.

Bunch of jokers in guise of sales people, not interested to answer any query , billing is a hassle, none of the billing devices are charged and ready . While billing someone says debit card chip has malfunctioned and suddenly the same card starts working and the bill gets paid. When anyone comes to your store give 5-10 mins for them to look around and browse the products , you jump on people the moment they enter the door. For you it’s your sales targets but it spoils the experience for the customer . Approach the customer only when he/she needs any help or guidance . Lastly, this is to the management, never hire more people than you need . It simply does not serve the purpose. This review is not to hurt anyone, but do remember that you and your store are because of the customer and no one else.

Very disappointed service!!! Bad response from the employees after the sales. Visited here and ordered refrigerator the initial response was good. But after that, I stay in 2nd floor while delivering the refrigerator some four reliance digital employees came to my house and lifted from ground floor to 2nd floor and the employees chandrashaker and team demanded 1500 rupees which i end up paying that amount which is kind of looting mentality the employees have and I opted for exchange for my old refrigerator but once the delivery is done I called multiple times to the outlet but they gave false promise that they will arrange for pickup for old refrigerator within a week but they never did that. Since I had a very terrible experience i dont recommend this outlet

Don't visit to any RELIANCE DIGITAL please . I bought 4 products in this diwali but unhappy with 3 product out of 4. They show you nice product demo and deliver a different product. I purchased a mobile in dussera they sold mobile even without showing demo. I asked for demo and sales guy said there is no opened box piece of same mobile. And after using just 3 to 4 days , I went to complain for mobile hanging problem they convinced me to use same mobile phone, is this reliable service? And dont see the 5 star reviews , that all given by their own staff I think. And now one of my cousin book a TV by my recommendation and he got same experience and get delivered a different TV. OH GOD WHY I referred him?

Hi friends i have bad experience I have purchased 42inches tv past 1 month before at relliance digital kengeri hoysala circle With wall mount I have paid. Past 1 month doing followup for wall mount bracket. Wall mount bracket not received as of now. They told free installation With wall mount But they chartered me 1800 rs. Don't buy any item from relliance digital they are doing foolish also they are dealing with commission they have good contact with agents . Never buy from particular relliance hoysala circle beware

This store has a wide selection of electronics, but I would not recommend buying heavy electronics from them. I recently had a negative experience when I purchased a Daikin AC from them. The store had partnered with a local technician to install the AC instead of authorized technician from Daikin. The local technician was horrible. He demanded extra money for everything. Kindly look for other stores like unilet but don't buy from Reliance digital.

Yesterday I purchased a TV from Reliance Digital and I have made 100% payment while making payment, but next time it will take 4-5 hours for the TV to be delivered from Godown. In a single day, I witnessed the worst experience with Reliance digital staff and third-class customer service. I am very concerned about the after-sales service.

ResQ app by Reliance. Such a horrible service from Reliance. I raised a complaint for the AC which I bought just 1 month back. Now that’s not working. It’s been 20 days of raising the complaint n no one come to fix the issue. Feeling like to fire the AC in-front of this Outlet. Disgusting service providers.

Response from sales team was good only until we pay for the product. But later they charged 1500 to deliver(which ideally will be free of cost as they mentioned befor payment). They did not take the old refrigerator as they promised though we called and waited for 2 weeks.

I would like to appreciate the customer service given by Mr karthik on the 2nd floor for all esim related queries...no body in the entire area was able to resolve my esim issues....Karthik resolved it finally....thanks karthik for your patience and humble nature...

Had ordered Samsung s22 plus through reliance digital website and the phone was delivered from this store. Unfortunately the piece I received was a defective one and had to return, but Yuvaraj was very helpful and helped me in returning and getting a new phone

Very bad experience. It's been 10 days since I have booked Refrigerator. Still it hasn't delivered. And very bad experience with the staff regarding the miscommunication on delivery. I won't recommend this for anyone. Select some other store.
