Jason was incredible! Highest customer service and professionalism I’ve ever had from a plumber. He really knows plumbing. Helped me out in a pinch on a weekend when I was out of town and had an unidentified leak. Noticed lots of other issues and gave me a fair price to fix all. Took the time to really explain and show me how my plumbing system works and how to operate from now on. He even went on his own time to Ferguson’s and picked out new faucets for me…sending me photos for my approval….saving me hours of time! He added a shut-off valve inside my house so I didn’t have to go outside and mess with the yucky SAWS meter (full of bugs and needing a special tool) if I had another incident. I trust him to be in my house without me. He replaced 2 leaking faucets, 1 broken garbage disposal, gave me an indoor shutoff valve and replaced some other leaking parts. I will be using him again should I have any other plumbing needs. I highly recommend!

I had called to get someone to clean out a clogged drain in a shower. Once the technician arrived he looked at the drain and quoted me a price of over $1,000 to unclog the drain and put a camera down into the drain to inspect it. When I stated that the price was excessive, he offered $200 off. While the employees was professional, the pricing is ridiculously excessive. This simple job should be no more than $250 at most (and actually closer to $129. The gal who helped me out on the phone was also professional and did her job well. The company has great employees who are very courteous and professional. I put the blame completely on the ownership for charging unreasonable rates for the work involved. I encourage anyone calling Reliant to get a quote over the phone before you pay the $89 service fee for just showing up and not performing any work.

After receiving a second bill from SAWS for over $500, we knew we had a leak somewhere. We called Reliant Plumbing and are so glad we did. They were here without an hour of calling. Their crew was very professional, detected the source of the leak within a few hours and had it repaired in the same day. They aren't cheap, but you get what you pay for. I can go to bed tonight knowing that we aren't wasting water or money anymore. BTW...Roman rocks! A hard worker, very timely and incredibly knowledgeable!

Just bought an older home in San Antonio, noticed my water heater was overflowing the drain pan. Luckily I came across Reliant Plumbing, Ava was very helpful over the phone & was able to send 2 plumbers out immediately! Max and Jason replaced this for me very quickly & inspected the rest of my home to make sure I don’t come across anymore issues. Highly recommend thank you

My cousin told me about Reliant Plumbing in Austin & how they opened up a location now in San Antonio. Ava was great & got me scheduled, Then with in an hour, Jason & Max came out to do a repair on my water heater at my business. While they were their, also did a full plumbing inspection on everything else. Great company, will use again in the future!

Jadon came out to fix a water leak on our ice maker box. He was able to cap the line in the wall and turn out water back on. Even went so far as to put us intouch with a restoration company that could work with our insurance company to take care of the water damage. Really appreciate jason and reliant plumbing!
