I made the reservation through USAA earlier in the day. When I got to the airport they asked for drivers license and credit card, no problem. My credit card was acting up, so got my wife. She ran her's same account, it went through.

Absolutely bad service I paid for my car before I arrived from Colorado just to be sent off in a Uber then offered a 7-10 day refund. $500 down if you don’t have a credit card!! Heads up I’d go else where.

The employee (ANGEL) who received our car when we dropped it off, had the best attitude; he even offered to drop us off at the airport instead of taking the bus. Awesome customer service!!!!!

Having one person staffed on a Saturday morning is absolutely appalling. Can’t get ahold of anyone as phones are not being answered. Hertz you can do better by your employees and customers.

This place was awesome!! Great selection of cars. Economy to Presidents Circle, they had them all. The check out and return was seamless.
