The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, just by looking at my scooter, they would give me a brief description of what they will do to diagnose and fix the issue, and would also tell me about potential costs for replacement parts so I know what to expect.

Dropped off my bike for repair nice and easy, when I picked up my bike today the dude working behind the counter has 0 people skills and should not be dealing with the public. Luckily I kept my cool but one-day someone else will have to deal with him and it probably won't end well.
