"I am not happy with the community physio team what gives U the right to decide we are patient can do the physio at and not refer them to the place I won't to do physio need to do what the patient wants not what the physio wants to do "

Older persons Mental Health Team the manager is a bully and the place is dangerous. Poor practices persist. Agency staff try and change practices but get bullied. Anyone more qualified than current manager gets shafted.
