Honestly before posting a review I wanted to give it several chances because the food is super good and your service gets a big -2. Once we arrived to eat there at 5:45 p.m. we were 2 adults and 4 children we were refused because the lady told us that we lacked a waitress. We told her that we were really in no hurry but refused us anyway. Behind us there were 3 and she installed him at a table so I ask her why we can't have a table and repeats to me that there is a lack of waitress I tell her who can give us two separate tables it will be 3 no one on each table but refuses so we left very disappointed. Some time later September 21 at 5 p.m. I ordered online for delivery after 1 hour 15 minutes of waiting I decided to call and the person who answered told me that the delivery man was 1 hour late on his figure I replied Okaie and don't call you The customer tells me that there is no time and my delivery is envious. Arriving from the delivery guy I'm missing a poutine so I tell the delivery guy and he answers me well my little lady you're not going to get it right away because there are a lot of orders I tell him to reimburse me straight away. Making . 2 weeks later (October 4) I order online again only to have an employee call me after 38 minutes to tell me that there is no delivery today because there is no delivery person! Never again for us and I wouldn't give a good reference.

Premièrement, j’ai commander une casserole sans gluten, on m’envoie des oeuf avec saucisses ce qu je n’est pas commander en plus mon allergie au gluten n’a pas été respectée, par la suit je rappelle pour me faire envoyer la bonne commande , le gérant avais d’la misère à comprendre et avais l’aire perdu, la deuxième livraison a été livrée plus vit mais il y avais un trou dans le plat et tout les œuf on couler sur ma chemise blanche alors que j’avais demander des œuf tournée bien cuit qui ne coulent pas , maintenant j’ai dlaire d’un Esty de croûter à ma job avec du jaune d’œuf partout sur ma chemise merci ses très Nice j’aimerais me faire rembourser vous avez totalement gâché ma journée je veut me faire rembourser sans faute

Commandé avec Doordash vers 17h et la commande était supposée être en route. 1h30 plus tard, j’appelle au restaurant et la téléphoniste me dit que la commande n’a pas été livrée et qu’elle était toujours au restaurant. Je demande donc de refaire le plat et de le livrer, environ une demie heure plus tard, je reçoit un appel du restaurant pour me faire dire qu’il y a eu une autre erreur et qu’elle ne l’avais toujours pas envoyée par manque de connaissance de son propre travail et je finit donc par recevoir la nourriture à presque 20h, froide. Aucun effort et gros manque de coordination. Je déconseille

Attendu 10 min sans se faire asseoir. Il n'y avait qu'une serveuse pour tout le resto...ceci un dimanche matin. Nous avons pris pitié et nous sommes allés au resto déjeuner à côté. Service rapide, courtois. À chaque visite je ne regrette pas d'être venue manger ici. Les repas sont succulents et que dire des fameux paniers du matin que je raffole hehehe Merci à Julie qui me donne toujours le meilleur service et personnalité J'adore !! On a très bien déjeuner,tout était chaud et très bon, petite confiture aux fraises délicieuses, bagel avec oeuf, fromage, bacon et jambon accompagné de fruit frais, je pense que j'y retourne demain J'aime bien enlever mes chaussures et croiser mes jambes quand on m'installe sur une banquette, la serveuse m'a mis très à l'aise en se présentant à la table en me disant; tiens on se met à l'aise ce matin avec un clin d'œil et un beau grand sourire en ajoutant un bon petit café pour commencer?

I placed my order at 6:00 p.m. online and the app said it would arrive between 6:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. At 7:05 p.m. I called and was put on hold and told she would speak to the manager. After 15 minutes I hung up and called back and was told she was sorry, they were very busy and without any compensation. Well yes you are busy because of people like me who order! ☹️ I canceled my order. The delivery man still arrived at 7:30 p.m. without suspecting the slightest problem. It was a first for us and the last... Never! Terrible customer service!

I was pleasantly surprised as I had fairly low expectations for this chain. The menu is huge, thus I am not sure how many items are actually good since a huge menu tends to be a bad sign but I had a pizza & salad combo which was quite good. The size of the meal was just right, nothing went to waste and I was full but not overly so and the staff was very friendly. They also have a really nice outdoor space and a variety of drinks. Not my first choice but for a generic chain I was quite pleased especially at a good price.

I've been going there (and well served) for over 15 years and I'm only 24! I've seen a lot of staff throughout these years, some who do a great job and some less but, I've always wanted to go back because overall that is a restaurant that holds itself well together, it has only gotten better over the years. A great service, great variety of meals, great prices, (and good looking waitresses, objectively and subjectively hahah!). Want a good place to go with (a) friend(s) or family, go there you won't regret.

I came here on two occasions. The first was good 4.5 / 5 the staff spoke enough English for us to not have any problems. The food was good both times. On the second occasion the service was deplorable 0 / 5 we waited over 45 minutes after we ordered to get our food. The server didn't check in on us once after we got our food. The food didn't come out all at the same time. Half the table (3 of us) got their food and were finished eating before my food was brought to the table.

I showed up with a team from school and they handed us a pre made menu with only 4 items and no vegetarian nor vegan options. When we asked to have some vegetarian options we were told that the manager wouldnt allow it. We managed to get the food 2 hours after we got there and even though the food was pretty good the salad was warm and the fries cold. I only do not recommend this place to anyone so many places around that offer better food

Ordered a plate of eggs Benedict, I had asked for my runny yolk. I received a hard yolk, water dripped from the egg when I cut it and flooded my plate. Hollandaise sauce had separated, it was greasy and brownish. The potatoes were good but very lukewarm. I had asked for white bread and I had brown bread… in short really not the best plate of Benedictine I have eaten…

Great service. Huge menu. I had the traditional tourtiere a l'oie which was delicious. My in-laws enjoyed their cheeseburgers. This is a Molson driven beer menu but it fortunately had 2 options from Trou de Diable and one selection from Brasseur de Montreal. My sugar pie to finish was perfect. Poutine a la General Tao! Are you kidding me? My kids are getting that next time.

J’y suis aller avec mon fils car quand ont va à Québec il aime aller là car à un petit coin enfants mais à ma grande surprise , celui là en a pas alors ça joue pour beaucoup quand tu veux rester un peu plus longtemps. Just like my rating, it was okay. Okay staff and okay food. Staff could have been friendlier and food could have tasted way better. Not so memorable. Bathrooms nice and clean and that's probably the only thing I liked about the restaurant, also separate bathroom to change your baby which is great.

Good food and atmosphere. Very nice in main dining area and they have a really nice outdoor patio. The service was good when we visited, but did seem under staffed with one waitress seating, serving, and running take out counter. Had the mini pizza combo with a cesear.

I waited one hour with my two child. We never saw our food coming. The waitress didn’t care to give us any updates and when we asked her how long it will take, she said the kitchen was busy. We ended up leaving the restaurant. A real waste of time!

Picture a office cafeteria on steroids, well that pretty much what Normandin is. Good friendly service, but the food is simply ok, nothing to rave about other than their desserts. If it wasn’t for their desserts, I would rate Normandin as a 2.5 Stars.

The food is always good, however they do have some recurrent problems in delivering the exact things that I order. The waitresses are nice and will fix the problems on your receipt, however.

I always like a good Normandin and this is a good one. Like most, the food is slow, but not terrible. It's more relaxed than your typical Normandin as well.

Bad pokebowl, no taste, few garnishes, inadequate rice and expensive for what it is. Minimum service, nothing more. Don't risk going back there.

Nice family-style restaurant. We were pleased that our waitress spoke both French and English. They have English menus too (upon request).

Pizza is one of their specialty. Not salty and the bread doesn't hardened as it cools down. I like it as they prepare and serve.

It was Christmas day all the waitresses were dressed christmasy. I had the fillet of fish. It was one of the best I've ever had.
