I have given a lot of thought to the many good things I should write about in this review but I do not believe I would be afforded that much space. My dilemma is that BenchMark - Antioch consists of a perfect group of physical therapists and support staff. They are amazing!! BenchMark - Antioch comes complete with caring, intelligent, compassionate and knowledgeable individuals which form this cohesive group promoting wellness. Just a few of the wonderful people I encountered at BenchMark that helped me in so many ways are, in no particular order: Emily; Phillip; Mike; Elaina; Kegan; Sander; and, Haley. For two days per week for several weeks, I got to hang out with the Cool Kids!! It was fun and I have to say that I have never had as much fun exercising, stretching and all the pain and suffering that comes with physical therapy. Thank you each and everyone!

I have had previous visits to different Physical Therapy clinics in the past, but none have offered the kind of uplifting/motivating environment this place does! Everyone I see walk in through the door is immediately welcomed with warm open arms and smiles. Alot of the patients are returning clients due to the amazing team compromised of the therapists Philip, Elaina, Emily and Sander the friendliest receptionist in the business! They are invested in their client’s recovery as well as mentally. Everyone seems like they are friends at a distance glance. Therapy usually isn’t associated as a fun experience for most, more pain filled if anything, but the clients still manage to have a good time during a difficult hour! I’d definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who is reluctant of physical therapy, for the team at Antioch will change their minds! -ML

My experience with Benchmark, Antioch, TN, was excellent. I was concerned at first that my reverse shoulder replacement might not allow me to regain strength in my right arm, but the regimen of exercises devised by my therapist, plus my own determination, ended in the results I was looking for. Each therapist is a professional, trained to refine the original regimen as the patient progresses. In addition, they are great to work with. They are so knowledgeable and confident that they can make a difference in their patients' lives,. PLUS, they are a cheerful bunch. You can't help but smile, and a bit of laughter added to one's determination to get the job done, results in overall success. Thanks, guys. I'm so happy my son recommended Benchmark.

I have been going here over a month and I have enjoyed every minute of it! Everyone that works here welcomes everyone that comes in with welcome arms and a great attitude. They are always so playful and know how to connect with their patients. Philip, Elaina, and mike are one of the best physical therapist you’ll meet, they are so funny and always know how to make a conversation. Everyone that works here connects with their patients like they are family, I definitely see them as family. I always enjoy coming to my appointments to see them, especially Phillip he’s always dancing. Also after I’ve been going to my appointments my wrist has improved Increasingly and has gained a lot of strength. I definitely recommend coming to this location!!

The staff here is very professional, while still being able to lighten the mood with humor, even early in the morning. The head therapist, Clay, is very educated in his field and takes time to learn more about his patients and the level of activity and exercuse that can help them the most. I've never had a bad day here! I have scoliosis which, over the past 4 years, has made my back and shoulders very weak and painful. After only about 4 months of therapy here, I can see a huge improvement in function, ability to better preform every-day activities, and little to no pain. My overall experience here has been great and I will gladly recommend it to anyone I know that's having problems.

"AMAZING" When my doctor told me of my back condition , she told me I would need therapy, if not I would have to have surgery,and that therapy was best to start with. Oh my friends said therapy was a waist. WRONG. When I first walked thru the doors of Benchmark my Physical Therapist Phillip Hendrick and his entire staff made me feel so welcome, and was concerned of my well being. Well to make a long story short, Here I am now 6 weeks later and I can stand straight without pain again. I really can't say enough about Benchmark and the AMAZING staff, and the best physical therapist Phillip Hendrick . They are all Angels, I can't thank them enough.

Such an amazing atmosphere! They are ALL helpful.. truly sweet they are. Personally, I’m late, I have to reschedule at times, and they work with me! I have anxiety, but when I’m there, my anxiety decreases and I’m able to relax enough to get the correct help/attention I need. I have severe neck pain, with migraines , and JESSIE/JESUS Garcia, is so awesome!I believe by the end of my complete therapy sessions, my migraines/neck pain will decrease tremendously. THANK YOU ALL, for your kindness, help and patience!! Oh & dry needling actually helps! lol

I absolutely love the staff and the facility. They do am amazing job assessing and pushing you to heal faster and be stronger when you leave than the day you started. My pain has dramatically decrease to almost non-existence. Before coming here, I was barely able to stand or bend over for more than 30 minutes at a time. Now, I am able to go up and down the stairs, walk for extended periods of time, and lift things better than I could before. I am stronger than ever thanks to their help and care.

Benchmark Hickory Hollow is simply the best. Over several months, I had both total knees done. Most of the time my therapist was Juoan along with (PTA) Carlos. I credit them for helping me to recover and walk out the door without a walker or cane( lol). EVERY employee is professional, knowledgeable, and caring no matter what the job. They are blessed to have Sander at the desk when you first come in. She makes you feel welcome!! Don't give it a second thought, this is your Physical Therapy!!

BenchMark Physical Therapy is the greatest. I deal with a lot of chronic pain from past injuries and surgeries, and working with Phillip has changed my life. He's incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at dry needling, which works wonders for managing my aches and pains. He's also one of the funniest, coolest people you could ever meet. Seeing all of the amazing staff at BenchMark is one of the highlights of my week. I can't recommend this place enough!

I have enjoyed my time at BenchMark Antioch. I have been a repeat patient due to sports injuries and Benchmark has helped rehabilitate me to my fullest extent. Sander is the most welcoming front office person there could be. Emily and Elaina does cupping and dry needles every inch of my body and makes it feel great! Phillip has many years experience in therapy and pushes me to be my best. If you need therapy, this is the place to go for those needs.

Came here after neck problems due to a car accident. I'm amazed at how wonderful I feel now. Phillip, Elaina, and Patricia did a wonderful job getting me back to a pain free life! Sander, front desk, always greeted me with a smile and worked magic with my schedule. Absolutely love coming here!! Highly recommend for treatment and just an overall great experience!! After hurting my knee on the job my doctor recommended physical therapy. I felt a bit reluctant at first, but the members of benchmark were always professional and accommodating. They did their best to address any concerns I had and provided the best routine to strengthen the area around my knee. I often leave Benchmark sweating, but I also leave it feeling like I've made significant progress to a more comfortable life.

The best place for therapy! I have been a repeat patient since 2015 due to 2 knee surgeries, Phillip and Elaina have been the best at getting me back to playing collegiate soccer! Sander at the front desk has an amazing personality and is always welcoming. If you need therapy this is the place to go. Thank you guys for getting me better and creating a remarkable experience!

First I would like to thank you all for being very welcoming on my journey to getting back healthy. My Therapist was amazing and very helpful when I need to ask a question he had the answers. When I first came I was in a lot of pain but with all the hard work we did as well as working at home I can truly say i'm almost back to a 100%.. Thank you guys once again!

Love the family like atmosphere that Phil and the others have created. Even when I worked with different therapist, they all catered to my needs, were attentive, friendly and made me feel extremely comfortable. It was always a good time when I had my sessions. Good music And laughter. Plus, my shoulder and back pain decreased considerably.

It Is Joan the greatest physical therapist I have ever had. He is sensitive to your pain, will not tell you what to do and go to another patient. Compassionate yet professional. He cares really. All I know I got better with his help. Followed him from one location to the other to find sweet Sandra, Phillip. Thank you everybody there.

This place was amazing. I had a boxers fracture the pain was so intense when I got the cast off. I couldn't even do my job which requires a lot of manual labor but these guys helped a lot. by the 3 visits I had little to no pain. the staff is so friendly I don't think that could have had a better experience anywhere else

Phillip and his team do a great job with each patient that comes in the door. I have so much fun every time I go in there! They're great therapists and Sander at the front desk is so friendly any time I need to reschedule or move my appointment! Without a doubt I would recommend going to BenchMark for physical therapy.

This is my last day and I wish it wasn't. Danielle has been so great and I have no more pain. They have been extremely patient as well with me during the scheduling process as I was only able to come once a week. Excellent place to come, I've felt right at home. Thank you.

Benchmark in Antioch is a great place to get treatment. Sander is always warm and welcoming and Phillip and Elaina are great with their care. They listen and adjust treatment to what patients need. Definitely recommend benchmark in Antioch for physical therapy care!

You know competence when you experience it. Emily Andry exudes competence. She is not only knowledgeable of and an expert in her skills she is compassionate and funny. Emily encourages by her interaction WHILE you do those monotonous repetitions.
