Can’t say I fully experienced this, but I went on a walk around Murano early in the morning and came across it. Very peaceful. Nice walkway up to the entrance, but I didn’t go in. There are signs explicitly asking to wear proper clothing and to respect the grave site. I’m not aware of any famous historical figures there or whether it is a popular destination. There were only a few old women passing through when I was there. Would be very interested to get back when I’m properly dressed and just walk around to get the full experience.
