Try The 6 Week Challenge! With Christmas holidays ending and my wedding coming up in the summer I thought the 6 week challenge starting in February would be a great time to take the plunge and commit 6 weeks of my life to my health. First, my journey started out with a brief meeting to see if this program would be right for me. One question that came up in the meeting really stuck with me, “When was the last time you focused on your nutrition?” My answer: Never. Now at this point I was by no means completely out of shape, but I had never focused on what food I was putting into my body. This question about nutrition started me thinking about what kind of transformation I could achieve with a meal plan made for my goals, a coach guiding me and available to answer any questions I may have, and a signed written commitment keeping me accountable. I left that meeting (after accepting the 6 week challenge) feeling optimistic. I finally had a resource to guide me to my goals, and teach me about nutrition along the way. I will not say that the next 6 weeks were easy. A lot of the time I spend with my friends involves grabbing a drink after work, catching a flames game, going out for dinner etc, so swapping out beers for water was always a hard choice and sometimes I would decline to go all together. However, it was easy to stay committed and motivated by seeing the results at the weekly weigh-ins, and the atmosphere at Revive gym is one that keeps you coming back. Time in the gym and meal prepping all became part (and still is) of my weekly routine. I am so happy I took the challenge. Thank you to my coach Sara, and all the coaches and staff at Revive who helped me along the way!

Review of the Six Week Challenge My journey at Revive started in March when I promised myself that I would work out every day - just a way to trick myself into building a new identity by committing to a habit that I had never been able to continue before. When a friend of mine found out, he invited me to do a charity run and all my workouts showed when I ran farther and longer than I ever had! So when I saw the add for the Revive 6 Week Challenge, I thought it would be a great way to continue building my workout habit, but also work on my diet. My spouse is sooo good at not eating sugar every day and I knew putting some money on the line would be the motivation I needed to get out of hurting myself with sugary, double-pump, whip-topped coffees and the empty calories in the fast food I was eating. So, did I dream of cupcakes constantly weeks 1 through 3? YES! But knowing I had a community to stay accountable to helped me stay on track. I was able to build healthier habits over the 6 weeks which completely changed my grocery list to include WAY more veggies, and I was in the habit of packing my lunches every single day for work. This left me with much better food to nourish my body, and it made a huge difference to my endurance and strength. So a big thank you to all the staff at Revive! The front desk gave me feedback on how to train for a half marathon - definitely went above and beyond for me to provide personal service! The trainers were so open and supportive too; they always answered my questions and helped me push myself during classes. I can't tell them enough how grateful I am that they opened up their studio for this challenge!

I recently finished the revive 6 week challenge. Can i just say how absolutely blown away i was by the entire process from start to finish. The meal plan was comprehensive and easy to follow, i never once felt like i was depriving myself or on a "diet" it was just good whole foods. The work outs were great, and even on days where u have a hard time getting going, once u arrive at Revive your instantly energizes by the people and the atmosphere. The classes are challenging, and for someone like me with an injury, i was really happy with the personalized alternative movement ls the instructors were able to offer me in class when it came to an exercise i was unable to do. The Facebook group was a huge part of my success also, with recipe sharing, motivating words and a community in itself, you really feel supported. I lost 29.3 lbs in 6 weeks with the challenge and i feel great! i urge absolutely anyone to try Revive. Hope to see u in class.

If you want a Low Impact, High Intensity Workout, this is the place to visit. You are fitted for a heart rate monitor so you know that you are pushing yourself and it is motivating. If you are concerned about injuries, the team is well prepared for adaptations. I love that Mike and his trainers are so committed to the fitness and wellness goals of their clients. They will help you with Diet ( 6 week challenges) and Weekly Body Fat Analysis & Weigh ins. The gym is so clean and equipped with high end equipment. At least if you are making the effort to work out, do it with this team's help!

For years I struggled with joining a gym and maintaining attendance. Many reasons.. boredom, no motivation or no accountability. I took the 40 day challenge and was impressed with the coaching, warmth, enthusiasm and training expertise of Revive. I continued and look forward to the classes, appreciate their setup for accountability (no backing out within 8 hours or you forfeit). I love the low impact equipment and pushing myself with the group vibe. It’s small and intimate-not intimidating and really great coaching. I am a lifer. Thanks to everyone at Revive!!

I have been going to Revive for several years now. I love the fact it's low impact, which was great when I was pregnant and postpartum. The small groups, excellent trainers, caring staff, and personal service make it such a fun place to workout. The workouts are challenging and varied, and they help you track your output and progress if you wish, to give you a guide on how to push yourself and improve over time. They've also put in so much work and thought into keep us safe during the pandemic, which is not easy for a small fitness business. Thank you!

I met with Mike Du (Owner/Trainer) and started the program in early March. In 6 weeks, I lost 25.2 pounds, improved my health significantly, met some really nice people and feel better than I have in years. I started going to Revive earlier this year to change up my workout routine and I am so glad I did. The workouts are fun and you can match the difficulty level to your abilities even in the group class. The coaches are really knowledgeable, encouraging and fun to work with. The front desk staff are awesome and they take the time to know each person coming in for a classes which gives it a personalized feel. Overall there is a great community at Revive that I am happy to be a part of!

Can i give 5+ stars? I've done the 40 day/6 week challenge twice now. Each with a different focus a. 1st challenge was on weight loss (after having a baby) and the second was about fitness/muscle to keep up with my now two year old. I committed to 3 days a week in the gym and with the support of the Revive team the rest of the magic happened in the kitchen. I never knew how much nutrition mattered until now. I've built good habits that are now routine!

I love this little studio. I started just before COVID19 & was sad when it had to close. Started again fall 2021 for a 40 day challenge & now I am hooked! Two - three times a week. The trainers & other staff are professional & call members by name. It really is like having group of personal trainers. My body loves me! I see & feel the results.‍♀️

This studio has some of the best instructors I’ve ever had for fitness (shout-out to sandy and Kristen). The positivity and high energy attitude plus the ever changing workouts has made me look forward to every workout here. I just signed up and am having a great experience so far. 55 min classes are beginner friendly but there's also some individual programming to push yourself further. High intensity but low impact. Overall great workout!
