This was the first time I entered this store even though I've driven by it so many times. I was greeted at the door and asked if I was looking for something specific. I personally like this approach as it shows they are interested in my business and I don't need to waste time getting to my objective. Of course, if I just wanted to browse, I have that option available. I was literally shocked by the size of the place and so many bikes and related accessories. I was introduced to Ken, who provided excellent service, took me downstairs to see what indoor smart cycle equipment they had (I don't want to spend $2800 on a Peloton when there other options for half the price and I get to ride my actual bike), unfortunately, new product will be available in a few weeks (hopefully it won't snow before they arrive but it is Edmonton). I will keep an eye on their website. Parking is available at the rear off the building.

In summer of last year, I was desperately searching for a 2022 Scott Addict Gravel 30 in size small. I called everywhere I could, being from Vancouver BC, and nobody was able to secure an allocation for me. Then somebody suggested Revolution Cycle in Edmonton, and I started dealing with a pleasant fellow by the name of Levi. It took over a year, but I finally got the bike in, and I am more than satisfied with the purchase. The process, while quite wait, was a pleasure with the folks at Revolution. They took care of any concerns I had, and built the bike very well. They exceeded all my expectations, which was reassuring since this was my first proper bike. I will not hesitate to reach out to Revolution again for the future. And easy recommendation to my fellow friends and family

Came in here last week to inquire about the sizing of a bike I had recently purchased from another shop. Was greeted and helped by Ben. He showed me the selection of bikes that they had and explained to me the difference between their bikes and the bike I had purchased. He was VERY informative about biking. I ended up returning the bike I had bought and purchased one from Revolution. The fellas in the back even stayed after closing to assemble some of the accessories on my bike I had purchased. Awesome customer service and great selection of bikes. Would highly recommend!!

Purchased a Cube 2022 Reaction Pro E500 (A) from the Sherwood Park store. Customer service was fantastic - my bike was ready to go and the rep walked me through the details of my new e-bike. Needless to say I love this bike - it’s an amazing beast into a strong headwind and makes me feel like a youngster on hills and steep grades. This is my second bike from Revolution Cycle and my first from their Sherwood Park store. If you want quality and service that = excellence this is the place for you.

I stopped in today just to enquire about some bikes , price range ect. in store bike expert Ben was fantastic, super helpful, very knowledgeable, I walked out with a 2020 Cube pro 29 , couldn't be happier with my purchase, I was very pleased to see the covid19 guidelines in place for my and the employees safety !! I will definitely return for any future purchases... well done Revolution cycle !!‍♂️

Great inventory selection of bikes, and absolutely everything else you need to ride year round. Levi along with another gentleman at the west store helped me out on my most recent visit and both were very friendly and knowledgeable on a variety of products and helped me find the items that would best suit my needs for winter riding.

Great shop, great service. They helped with a friend’s road bike, diagnosing a cracked fork, and finding a used older fork from their shop to swap (free!) Also very thankful that they registered our new purchase bikes on BikeIndex. My son’s bike was stolen and recovered only 2 days later thanks to the registration and EPS.

Always friendly and courteous. Always have the small parts I'm looking for and have a great selection of bikes and parts for all bike types. Purchased a cruiser for the wife, kid trailer parts, and several small parts for my bikes over the years and they are always very professional.

Had my 13+ year old mountain bike tuned up here. It was running terribly rough after many years of neglect. It is amazing now. Ran it for the entire summer and it is like new. The techs did an amazing job and the bike is a joy to ride now.
