I'm sure these people are nice but the language barrier makes it too hard to do business with them. I asked the older lady that works upfront to take the hem out of 2 pairs of jeans to make them as long as possible, she also measured 3 pairs of dress pants to hem for me. They dry cleaned my jeans even though I didn't ask them to and didn't do anything to the length like I asked. The owner refused to give me my money back for the jeans that I never wanted dry cleaned. All 3 pairs of dress pants were too long and he refused to fix them telling me that's how they should look. I paid $58 for 5 pairs of pants that I cant wear, and I have to pay someone else to hem them correctly. I would advise to stay away.

Went in to get some sheets and towels dry cleaned and told me they couldn’t do it. That it was too expensive. I told them that money was no object, the lady laughed at me. They just lost a good customer and future business with me. Very unprofessional and I really think they shouldn’t judge people based on what the’re wearing.

We brought 25 shirts for dry cleaning and they came out perfectly, fast and friendly service. We will be back!
