This is my first time to shop at Rexall Stroe at 350 Cresthaven Dr, Nepean and I assume I won't go to that store any more becuase of the extreamly bad experience of the customer service and the guy who told me that he is the manager of this store. This afternoon, I went to the store and bought a item. The origional price is $10.49 before tax with a big and clear 15% off tag at the bottom of this item. We took one and checked out. After we got back home, we reviewed the receipt and found we were charged the orgional price and 15% was not reflected on it. Maybe you think it is not a big deal while I beleive the sanner price accuracy is very important to each customer(especially for the customers who shopped there first time) and building the good repution for Rexall business. I jumped into my car and went back again to the same store. The sale assistant looked at the item and went to check the item price with a BIG and CLEAR 15% tag still on did not say anything and called a man who works here. That staff took us to the check out station and looked at the wrong price DID NOT say anything to us and in low voice told the previous assistant: the tag WAS NOT taken off eariler. At that moment I hope he can say at least a SORRY for their mistake and we need to come back and check. But he did NOT. He told me he will reture it and sell the item to me at the price with 15% off. That is ALL. I was very upset. I believe you can undstand I DO NOT Care about the 15% discount for a $10 item while I DO Care if you really value your customers like you posted on your website and social media. SO I asked him if they feel sorry about their mistake and if so they should pay for their mistake, not me. He said all he can do is selling this item with 15% discount to me. That's all. I asked in Canada, many companies sign the promise to customers that if because of their wrong price codes, customer bought the item (price less than $10), and they could get it for free. That staff said NO for us-- Rexall. That is fake info on social media. I understand maybe Rexall does NOT have that care and protection to customers while I need an apology, a serious apology from that staff. If like he said he is the manager of the Rexall store. I feel sooooo disappointed on it. As customer, I should not pay for his mistake, wasting our time driving back to store and doing the useless arguement. I will be waitng for the customer department to address my concerns.
Although their signs say walkins for flu shots are welcome, this is definitely not the case. My son and I went for our flu and covid shots and the pharmacist working there was extremely rude. She didn't even ask us what we wanted and just assumed that we were there for a flu shot. When we told her that we also wanted to get our covid shot she was just rude. Despite that, I went back today with my other son. I believe she recognized me because she said that because she is alone behind the counter, she won't accept walkins. This is just a bold faced lie. She was alone when she served me and my other son the day before and she was alone when there were other walkins lining up. I would think that as a health practiioner, don't you want to encourage people to get their flu and covid shots? Not this pharmacist.
Never again! About three transaction were done on my card and for 95$ and when it came time to giving me my money back they gave me 40 and said it didn’t go throw...I had to go to my bank to get proof ( because the receipt of $95 wasn’t accurate enough for them they wanted it from my bank) and the topping on the cake was when I went back the woman had the money with the receipt there. then she went on and said it’s not my fault like I did anything wrong !
Happy New Year to Monica and Michita. On the first day of 2023, I am so grateful to have heeded my doctor’s recommendation and moved my account to this smaller pharmacy, like Friends, where the pharmacists know your name, things are organized and clean, they answer the phone, take the time to explain and answer your questions, manage a trustworthy system for flu & Covid shots, unlike the larger competitor down the street (who gave me someone else’s prescription!). Best for 2023 onwards.

She blamed in on COVID that they stopped that practice even though staff has access to gloves and sanitizer/water/soap. I haven't experienced this at other pharmacies. I was disappointed and frustrated by the service I recieved at this location. I will be transfering my medications elsewhere.
Worst pharmacy I ever dealt with! She refused to take my digital prescription because I don’t have physical copy even though my doctor sent it electronic. Funny she can take paper but she can’t touch my phone because of “Covid” this is a joke as I’m in so much pain rn and she didn’t want to give me a cream because my prescription is digital! I’m gonna report this incident to healthcare.
Clean and well stocked. However, I bought an item that was marked on the shelf as 20 percent off. When it scanned at full price and I asked the cashier about it I was told, "maybe it was something else on the shelf." (Everything on that shelf was marked 20 percent off.) Perhaps not the best place to shop if you don't want to very assertively insist that they honour their sale prices.
Went in to the store today to buy a couple bags of chips. When I got to the counter, the cashier asked if I had debit or credit and I told her that I didn't. That should've been the end of it, but no, she had to look up at me and say" What, you don't have a bank account?". SERIOUSLY!!!! I guess that's what Rexall calls customer service.
Incredibly helpful with the minor illness program - took my information over the phone and prescription was ready within 15 minutes with a text notification. The store itself is always clean, spacious and well stocked. Compared to other pharmacies close by it’s above and beyond and I have switched all prescriptions!
We recently moved our prescriptions to this location after moving to Riverside South. The pharmacists are great and very helpful. The store is super clean and very well stocked. This is a way better and more personal approach than the other chain where no one knows who you are. Highly recommend!
I had a very personable and pleasant experience with pharmacist Dr. Sofia. She took her time to give me medical advice and personal encouragement. I really appreciate her input and for this positive experience i will continue to support this location. A pharmacist with a heart of gold. Thank you
They had things i needed and the flu and covid shots were done quick but while i was browsing with my family i felt very unwelcome as the staff were constantly following me around which was very uncomfortable definitely makes me not want to come back.
It's an ok community drug store, not nearly the weekly deals of a shoppers, I use it less now that they've got rid of the airmiles program. Nothing against this store , obviously a corporate decision to discontinue the program, too bad.
I was struggling with seasonal allergies and Lisa G directed me to where the allergy meds were and even brought me a bottle of water to take the tablet. That is above and beyond.
Channtel is a lady who works there is so rude and aggressive! I had a really bad experience there, never buying anything from there again.
