After transferring from other pharmacy's that have bribed me and tampered with my medication. I changed my review as I was at the pharmacy today and it was just the one pharmacist who had said I was out of my prescription which I pick up regularly. I was well aware that I have my prescription. She told me I had no refills right as I came to pick up my regular medication today. She said that the last medication I received was the last of my prescription. I knew and I said that is not possible. She tells me to call my doctor. I call the doctors office and my medication is prescribed and I have refills for around two more months. The doctors receptionist informs me that my medication is filled for two more months, and says to me for the pharmacy to call her. I let the pharmacist know that my prescription is filled and for her to call my doctor's office. She did not call my doctor's office. She stayed quiet behind the desk doing something on the computer or just looking around. A few minutes later, she comes to the side and quietly says something about how I have my medication, and she will make up my meds. I just find this very strange. The manager at this location is constantly making mistakes. I noticed that I am being prescribed twice as much of a certain medication. Which I specifically stated that I will not be changing my medication! I am very disappointed in the fact that the manager is again working on the one day I come Into this pharmacy and that I find no pharmacist here helpful out of the three consistent pharmacists that I have been around lately. I feel saddened by the tremendous amount of disconnect between people, lack of empathy, kindness, and compassion. Everything in this world which is in chaos is a symptom of an even larger issue.
Most times I have stopped in here it is a painfully slow experience, usually the staff is chatting it up - but that is the price you pay. Any how this time I was looking for a snack and saw they had chips on 2/6 bucks - done, 2 bags of ruffles 2 bags of doritos and I am good Now I know this math is complicated so try and stay with me here 2*6=12 12, twelve dollars, but tax you say! TAX, ok let's work on this like a kid in grade 4, the current sales tax rate is 5%, so that will be 50 cents on the 10 dollars plus 10 cents on the two dollars - add those together and you get... 60 cents. Add 60 cents to the 12 dollars that chips cost thow in 5 cents for a bag and you get *brain hurts from math headache* 12.65 Obviously this operation was too complex for the man who is taxing his capabilities trying to aim the scanner gun correctly and he/the POS system came up with 13.70 and insisted the math was correct.
The girl running the post office (Leona, I believe) who claims she had been working there 10 years expressed an enormous amount of attitude when I asked questions about how she was packaging up my parcel heading out the country. After trying to explain I run a small business and this why I need to ask questions, she "yeah yeah, I know all the small businesses" and then threw my receipt on the counter without another word. I will not be coming back, though I hope a manager calls to apologize for for terrible behavior.

I bought a lipstick from this store and I just used it once and it made my lips super dry; so I had to use healing lip balms to cure my cracked lips. I went to the store 2-3 days after and they said they won't refund it because it's used. Even if this is true, they should mention it on the receipt and the staff should have courtesy when saying this statement.
After a very bad experience waiting more than three weeks for medication with a nearby pharmacy, this Rexall's pharmacy staff were efficient and caring in their service delivery. They were kind, provided quick follow up communication and had my full prescription ready in in less than 24 hours; service with a smile. Thank you and will I be returning here.
Avoid the Canada Post at this Rexall at all costs. I waited 15 minutes for the postal clerk to come to the counter at 10 am, then she was so dazed and confused she couldn't understand me. If you are so stoned when you show up at work that you can't function, you don't deserve a government-subsidized job.
The cashier Indian girl (may be) with long hair is so sweet . She was so professional while dealing with the customers in the line. Overall, everyone in the store are so humble and kind , each passing staff would stop and ask the customers for assistance . I love shopping here
I have been coming to this pharmacy location for several years now and am always provided with excellent service. The pharmacy staff are efficient, knowledgable and kind. Coming here you have the impression that staff cares about your well being and health.
These guys used to be good. However, the pharmacy has been terrible lately. They are charging me before confirming a purchase. They aren't getting meds to me on time, and they act like it's a grievance to call me by my preferred name.
