I walked into the store this evening around 4:15 on the way home from work with the intention of buying scratch tickets. I thought I would browse the store as there was some sales. An associate working in her late 40s early 50s asked me if she could help me, I said that I was ok and just browsing. I continued on to look at the make up. I picked up a few things to look closer at them and put them back, she came again and asked if I needed help finding anything, again cause I was just looking repeated I was fine. She came down the aisle I was in after I picked up a foundation that was on sale and continued to watch me while i browsed. I decided I didn't want the foundation and put it back EXACTLY where i took it from and continued to walk down to the end of the aisle where she was standing where she then stopped me to ask if I put the foundation back in a very accusatory tone. I replied yes I did where she then in turn asked where. I told her exactly where I got it from. She was very rude and made me feel like I was a common theif when I was just browsing the store before I made my purchase. I don't think I will ever return to this location if she is working there which is unfortunate as it's always been a go to for me and is close to home.
I have been shopping here since it opened. Today I went in for eggs limit of 3. I went to the til to pay and the cashier Hayley starts questioning me because I was having a conversation with my driiving companion about limit on eggs. She said there is a limit of 3 on eggs. I replied I’m aware. Then she remarks that other shoppers take advantage of the limit. She then asks me if I’m with my driving companion and I said no. Which is none of her business. I pay and leave. As I’m leaving the store my driving companion is in conversation with some other customer so I proceed to his vehicle and the cashier comes to the door watching me as I open the vehicle door. Then my driving companion goes to pay for his purchases and The cashier Hayley told him there is a limit per household on eggs and that I lied to her about not being with him so he walked out of the store without his purchases . She calls a customer a liar when she doesn’t even know the situation or that we are not in the same household unbelievable I called spoke with Marie the manager and she really didn’t care and asked me what I wanted her to do about it. Seriously your employee calls a customer a liar and management doesn’t know what to do about it!good bye rexall
The youngsters working the Post Office are great and this review is of no indication of their work ethic. The management there is horrible, there are almost always long lineups at the Post Office and they never hire anyone. Even at Christmas when the lineup almost reaches the door they refuse to open to 2 tills. Their business has boomed over the last year selling essential services while many remain closed. It's not hard to hire someone at the very least for 3 weeks at Christmas time for a 4 hour shift . Not only that I've actually shown up to use the mail service only to find the Post Office closed because they had no one to work. This has happened on at least 3 or 4 occasions and is very frustrating especially when you make a special trip to get your mail out in a timely manner. 2 thumbs down for Management Owners and 2 up for the hard working staff.
I had a COVID vaccination. The pharmacist could not get my name right. He said he looked up my COVID vax record and knew how many vaccinations I had had. Yet he got my name wrong. I have an easy name. I don't understand why these health care people can't get it right. It does not inspire a lot of confidence. On a positive note, the pharmacist was very nice and I did not feel the poke. However today I am aching from my neck to my shoulder blades and around the injection site.
This review is for the Post Office. Went there with a package (around 1:30 Thursday Dec 7th) to be returned to amazon. I needed some help and the girl behind the desk was very unhelpful, and offered no assistance like I've always had in the past at other post offices. First Canada Post visit with this bad service.. basically had to figure everything out for myself, and ask the right questions.
The level of incompetence, and strait un human service is disgusting. I've never thought this before, about any company. But these people are disgusting. I would recommend using wild random plants, and pieces of loose-leaf as toilet paper, because Rexall has thee worst people. I wish I could deal with a robot over the phone. They would be more human like.
Will give negative star if possible. The worst drug store ever visited in 20 years. The female employee (Did not get her name. 40+ or 50+ years old) was extremely rude. Treated customers with total disrespect. Will never come to this location again. Should even consider boycotting all Rexall stores. Date/Time: around 5 PM on March 7, 2019
Disappointing Postal Office Service The clerk showed visible clumsiness for processing my registered letter - appeared to be "on training" - the Supervisor instead to closely support her she was walking in the store watching from distance - after 8 h my letter still not showing in the tracking system - I still HOPE it will be alright
Went in there today to look for something. The lady cashier followed me in a very obvious way and kept an eye on me as if I was going to steal something. Not going back to this store. Won’t be surprised if this store closes later on.
I’ve never had a bad experience with the pharmacists, they are always kind, answer any questions you have about any medications and are always quick to fill your prescriptions. Great to have a place like this close to home.
Really miserable post office worker and probably the laziest person I have ever seen in my entire life. She thought Quebec was international and also threw my package across the back room. Don’t mail anything fragile here!
Post office would not get extra people to help when helping one person that was there for over 20 minutes. 6 people in line. I just wanted to pick up my package that should take only 30 seconds
Absolutely love Rexall outstanding people very friendly service and look for the great savings on stamps whenever they go on sale for 10% off at Rexall Checkout only!!! A+++
Fast service, has confectionery items, prescription pick up location, some household items, lottery, no tobacco items. Mainly for a pharmaceutical place.
I never had a problem picking up stuff at this pharmacy and everyone at the (prescribed drugs) pick-up aisle were always so nice.
Pharmacy is run with respect and in a timely manner. I have very bad social and generalized anxiety and feel comfortable here.
Convenient, Close to work, useful to have a post office and pharmacy close by, never busy like shoppers
Usually a great deal on vitamins, but didn't have what I needed in stock for this visit.
